Always fast! It’s not the cheapest way to ship my stuff, but it’s certainly the most convenient and the most reliable. They make sure my items are packaged well and I feel more confident things will arrive to their destination in good shape and in good time. If you do a lot of online shopping… And returns… This is the easiest place to drop off returns.

This place was conveniently located in my neighborhood, I liked that their hours are up to 630 pm as a general business place and the fact that they notarize till that late. The staff is really really nice and very knowledgeable.

The girl who always helps me is awesome. I think she’s a manager but not too sure. She goes above and beyond when I need help packing something, no matter the size — photos to apparel. They have a larger selection of envelopes and boxes compared to the one on Bandera/​1604.
I try to ship small things from here due to how pricy it can be. Shipping is fast though.

My husband occasionally sells something online and needs to know the shipping cost before sending. He has been quoted a price one day and then it doubles when he goes in the next to actually ship. Shoddy customer service with no good explanation as to why. The post office quoted him a much better price and now we will avoid UPS store, at least this one.

The UPS Store provides great services!!! I just learned about and used their notary service and it was pretty cheap. Most often I go there to ship stuff have documents faxed out, but I’m learning more and more about the other services they provide.
