Pretty good pizza. I had the buffet which cost $ 8.00. It’s not extensive– about 3 – 4 pizzas out at a time plus a little salad bar. They did take requests and put them out quickly. So it’s a good way for you to taste a couple different pizzas in case you don’t know what you want.

My husband and I tried Trilogy on our way back from a trip to San Antonio and with a Groupon. We started with the Bru Bread which is a cheese bread that has Quattro Formaggi with garlic, tomatoes, parmesan, and fresh basil. It was super tasty and there was a generous helping of basil on the top which made it fantastic. We then order a Chicago style pizza with sausage, bacon and onion. It was so good. We will be back. We left Trilogy stuffed and more than satisfied. They also have a great happy hour!

We wanted to try something different around the area other than Grimaldis. Was pretty good. Ordered a ceasar salad and a large old-world pepperoni pizza with the 20% off coupon. The caesar could’ve used more dressing, but it still tasted good without and I never asked. The pizza was delicious, with thin and crispy crust, savory sauce, and huge slices. They also have a coupon for nearly every day. I recommend trying this place at least once.

Amazing place and awesome that they allowed me to take my dog with me on the patio. There’s only 3 tables on the tiny patio so it’s small. I tried the spinach artichoke cheese bread and the time we went it was happy hour so it was 50% off. The pizza was called the Pizza Melt. It had salami, carmalized onions, mushrooms, mozzarella, cheddar, smoked gouda, garlic, and infused in olive oil. Even from reading the description, I didn’t realize it didn’t have the typical red pizza sauce on it. Without sauce, I felt the pizza stayed in place better and toppings did not fall off. We had some pizza sauce left over from the cheese bread appetizer so dipped the pizza in it and actually it was better than the typical way pizza is made because you controlled how much sauce you wanted or didn’t want. The menu said this was only an item for a limited time but honestly they need to keep it on forever. Very unique and great flavor My new spot for pizza!

My husband and I just moved into Stone Oak and we were looking for a good pizza place to try out. We came across Trilogy and decided to try it. Omgee! It was so good, and the pizzas are a really good size. My husband had pepperoni and jalapeño and I had tomato, black olive, and mushroom. This is our new favorite pizza place, and it’s right up the street!

So I have to say this review definitely almost didn’t happen because before I tasted the Pizza I was not planning to review like so many other restaurants I apply the logic«if you don’t have anything nice to say, then» That said I don’t want to elaborate on my issue at counter, but let’s just say on a busy Mothers Day that just past and Spurs in the playoffs I might add, they had plenty of staff and bodies to accommodate the guests both Dining in, and Take out. Needless to say they need to look into talent and find some improvements, as there was a tremendous disconnect between counter and kitchen. So I leave slightly upset, and kinda warm ish pizza due to above difficulty and even after all that my first bite made me change my ways. I will always acknowledge that any business deserves more then one chance to earn a fair opinion, so I realize I could have caught an off night. All that being said the pizza was very solid, said as ex NY’r whom identifying good pizza is supposed to be in my genetics. We tried one of the authentic or old world Margarita pizza and it was delicious even when not served to temp. The other pie was a recommendation from family friend who loves the place and was the Mediterranean and although had a few ingredients I personally would have ordered without tasted out of this world. It was one of the pizzas that is hard to fully understand how good it is by ingredients list alone. Overall, I do look forward to follow up visits.

First time after after moving to San Antonio today. Had NY style, was awesome. Go for the California wheat crust. The four-cheese Bru bread with a few extras was great as a warm-up. Will was right on as our server. Attentive and good suggestions for the meal. The 20% off Unilocal coupon was s bonus. Definitely coming back.

New York style pizza! Italian and from Chicago, so I know little about pizza, this was good stuff!

Had my family over from Holland and got a coupon I got at HEB to get the second pizza for free so I figured it was a good time to try Trilogy. Got the large Capone and San Antonio Special… loved them!

Yummy pizza. Large Capone. Great ambiance, our service was a bit slow though. They had a great menu, we will definitely be back.

This is my new favorite pizza restaurant in San Antonio. Their New York style pizza is amazing. They also have Chicago deep dish if that is your flavor. Give Trilogy a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

This pizza left much to be desired. I ordered after purchasing a groupon deal. I had amazing Chicago style pizza in Austin last week and hoped this would compete. Not at all. The tomato sauce was the SALTIEST I’ve ever had in my life!!! It was overwhelming and their was very little cheese. Crust was hard and a bit stale tasting. Service was fine but never again.

Found this restaurant through Groupon. I bought a Groupon to use when I took my family but the pizza was so damn good I forgot all about the Groupon. I’ve never had Chicago Deep Dish pizza but this experience really makes it hard to eat pizza from any of the popular chains anymore. My kids really, really enjoyed the pizza also. They are already planning when they want to go back. I wish I didn’t live so far from Trilogy or it would easily become a weekly family outing. Great pizza and great atmosphere.

Pizza and pasta are amazing! It’s inexpensive too. Only bad thing about this place is that it’s super small and always packed – but that’s just because of the good food! It’s a must if you’re a brick oven pizza lover like me!

Unilocal was my hero again today. I asked it to find me pizza — and the Unilocal monkeys steered me right here! Now, having tasted their pizza, I agree with all the other Unilocalers — my pizza(I got the basic cheese and pepperoni) had the most PERFECT crust; thin, but still chewy. And the scrumptious toppings of cheese, pepperonis and special seasonings were all of the highest quality. Best of all, when I called in, the order taker upgraded my ‘small’ pizza to a ‘medium’ at no additional charge! Why? I donno. But I am pretty certain that my voice sounds nothing like Zac Efron. And this confession: I just wanted to sneak one piece of pizza before going back to my car, but it was so good I ate half of it sitting here doing this Unilocal review! Now I just need to come back here and try the other tasty looking Italian menu items!

Got a Groupon and it was the best thing we did. Pizza was amazing. We got a deep dish, watched them make it and then tasted the fresh ingredients in the pizza. It’s a doughy crust but there’s a crisp on the bottom. We ate only 1 piece each because it’s packed good. So yummy. Sitting here aftwards with a great aftertaste and full belly.

Groupon recommended it but Unilocal provided a free 30% off a large pizza! We ordered mozzarella sticks, four cheese-cheesey bread, and a large chicago style pepperoni pizza and i don’t have a complaint about any of the food, would definitely return, only minor complaint was the waitress could not split the bill three ways(as there were three of us) so it wound up ringing up each app and then the pizza on seperate bills.

Trilogy pizza has decent pizzas of the NYC-style and Chicago deep dish varieties, BUT be prepared to pay up. Over $ 20 for a thin crust cheese pizza? Forget it. This pizza may be tasty(I liked all aspects — cheese, sauce, crust, and toppings), but for me these guys price themselves out of the market. Without a Groupon or other discount, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Really great deep dish pizza. And several awesome cheesy breads(with warm pizza sauce) to go with. There seems to nearly always be a groupon for this place, so if you like coupons and/or groupon, be sure to check. The pan pizza’s are wonderful, and 1 or 2 slices is all I can consume at a time. The cheesy bread is just about perfect.

So disappointed. We ordered a large capone deep dish pizza. The crust were hard and the filling was not good. Also ordered calamari $ 10 very expensive for the amount and quality. Mozzarella sticks $ 7, its okay nothing special. Would not come back for the pizza. On the other hand, the service was okay.
