ok not surprised this place only has 2.5 stars. had to place a vacation hold and of course the mail was not delivered when it should have. i went to the post office to get my mail. i walked in and there are 2 lines 10 – 15 peeps deep. Took 45 minutes to get my mail.

Had an issue and it was taken care of by Hector who was very courteous. I was really stressed out but it turned out to be ok, thank God. There was a bit of a wait, but I had no choice. I guess I got lucky. Last time I was here the customer service was horrible but it seems to have improved.
