We have been coming here for years. Love their tamales and their bean and cheese burritos. We live 3 hours away but make it a point to stop here any time we’re in town.

We come all the way from New York City to get these tamales!!! Short of homemade, these are absolutely the best ever! No non-sense, just great tamales. Happy Thanksgiving.

This has been the favorite tamale place of our family for years even tho we now live 30mi. away from it, it’s worth the drive!

Getting tamales from Victoria’s is a family tradition at Christmas, but I’m fearful that the place may be losing a step or two. It still is a site to be seen, and the tamales are still good… but, it isn’t as good as I remember it being. One thing that didn’t help with my last visit was the fact that Victoria’s didn’t make their tortillas the same day; they were made the night before!!! What??? I actually stopped at Taco Cabana to get fresh tortillas to go with my tamales. I hope this last visit was just a glitch. Once I swing back through, I’ll write an update and keep my fingers crossed.

This is my favorite place in SA for tamales, period. They have pork, pork w/chile, chicken and for our semi-veggie friends, bean(let’s pretend there’s no lard, okay?). They also offer chicharones, flour tortillas and 2 types of delicious salsa.
