NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location. I placed an order for Thanksgiving and I received a call the day before Thanksgiving that my order was ready, REALLY??? The following day we go to pick it up and they can’t find our order! And on top of that the customer service was terrible! Not once did they make an attempt to apologize! Never going back there again, at least not that location!

I’ve eaten a lot of BBQ from many places…
This is crap!
I ordered the #3. As soon as I got the to go plate opened I knew I would be hungry again. My meat shared places with my beans. And here I am thinking Texas Roadhouse’s sides were small.
The brisket tasted bland and the sauce was weak. The best thing I had on my plate was the beans and pickles. I understand that it’s fast BBQ, but that’s just the problem, BBQ should never be a fast thing. I’ll never eat here again.
