Sooo sitting here waiting to pick up glasses and unfortunately these people are going super slow. I guess they feel like customer service isnt necessary. Very disappointed since it doesnt actually take that long to give me the glasses you just called me about.

Couple negatives, Have to wait even though have appt. time. LONGLONG waits to get glasses/frames from«the lab». They Lost my frames and lenses and had to re-order.took over 30 days to get final pair. Process is disorganized and I cannot Recommend.

Friendly people. They didn’t honor the Groupon coupon deal. I didn’t like that they required me to make a second trip to get a copy of my prescription, and then made me wait ten minutes to get it, after they’d said they would have it out and ready for me when I stopped by.

Bad service, rude staff, long waits, small waiting area only 3 chairs people sit on the desk chair used for ordering your glasses. Worst eye doctor I’ve ever been to should have gone to Walmart.

Vision Source along Frederickburg — not a place to get good service! December 11, 2014 — I ordered my prescription reading glasses. They promised it’s just going to take 7 days to get my glasses ready. Today, January 15, 2015, more than a month since, I have not receive my glasses yet. Dec 24– First, Margie who was handling my order, called me on the eve of Christmas, several days after promised delivery date, to tell me that it’s ready but, oops, sorry it’s the wrong lenses so she asked me to wait for her to call me back when they got the correct lenses. Nobody called so I decided to give them until a few days after the holidays before calling them to inquire. Jan 6 — Margie answered my call, asked me hold while she checked and came back to tell me that there was a confusion between the store and the VSP lab because the store was waiting for the lenses and the lab was waiting for the frame back. She said the lab will now send the lenses and she will call me in three days when the lenses get to the store. No calls came. Jan 9 — I made a follow-up. Margie told me it’s not ready yet. The weekend rolled in. Jan 13 — I called them again to follow-up. Asked directly for Margie and she told me that it’s going to be ready the next day and asked me to wait for her call at 2PM. Jan 14 — Next day, 2PM came and went but I did not receive any calls. Jan 15 — Called them again this morning. Margie no longer want s to talk to me and Angela, the lady who answered the phone, told me that Margie will call after she is done with a patient. I waited until after lunch but no calls came. Called them after lunch time, asked for the Manager this time and Sandy the manager told me that its not their fault. It’s VSP Lab’s fault and I just have to wait some more and then she hang up on me. Called them back to cancel my order and this time I hang up on Sandy. Sandy called back just to tell me that it will take me two weeks to get another order going with another vision provider. I wanted to tell her more but then I just hang up the phone before I say anything I will regret.
