We Clean Carpet

Vic did an excellent job on our carpet. We had stains that I thought would never come out, and we were seriously considering replacing the carpet. Now it looks almost new again.
Vic arrived on time, was very professional and personable. He explained everything that he was going to do, and what needed to be done to maintain the carpet. Overall great experience!

My rug was serviced by Victor P. and he did a wonderful job as well as giving me some tips in regard to prolonging the overall condition of the rug. I really did not think my rug could be cleaned to this extent. I’m very satisfied.

They showed up on time even though I made a last minute reservation. Did the cleaning to my satisfaction, all the stains we removed and the cost was competitive and just what they said it would be. I especially like the ability to schedule online.

I should have Unilocaled before calling this company, but I didn’t. And I can’t rate their actual service delivery, because it never happened. I called to set an appointment 3 days in advance for 11a. 11a on the service date came and went with no call. Closer to 1p I get a call asking if it was a good time to come. I explained that it was not and forgave the 2 hr delay since they said it was due to miscommunication. We rescheduled for 3pm the same day.
At 3:45p I received a call from the service agent saying that he was on his way to my house. When no one showed up by 4:30p I called the office line and got an answering machine indicating that the office was closed. I called the cell number of the guy who called «en route» and he said the traffic was bad, «do you want me to come after I finish this other job I’m at?» I don’t think he was at another job since almost an hour earlier he was «on his way.» I told them not to bother.

My carpet looks better, but not great. I have no small children a do not eat/​drink in the living room. There were no stains, just high traffic areas… aside for my carpet now being soaking wet… you might not know it had been cleaned.
They showed up on time… but did not move furniture as website stated, oh and he hooked up to my kitchen sink which somehow messed it up, it’s not squirting everywhere around my sink.
I won’t call them again.
