Very good pizza, and a pretty good price. I have had their Chicago style pan take-out there a half dozen times, and the pizza has never disappointed. I can manage one or two pieces of the pan before I am full. So for $ 20(large pan), it leaves lots of left overs. It reheats in the oven extremely well. It is one of the few pizza’s that taste better as leftovers. Things to know: 1) It takes about 45 minutes to bake, so call ahead. 2) Also, if you order a large pan pizza, you can get a free salad or free small one topping pizza. That is written on their window, but not on their web site. So if you order a pan, remember to ask for the free pizza, because they won’t mention it if you don’t. 3) They are really bad at cutting the pan pizza. Either they don’t cut it all the way though, or(like the last time I ordered) they completely forget to cut the pizza into slices. So if you order the pan pizza for takeout, make sure you have a pizza cutter at home.

This place is really awesome! It’s a really good place just to hang out and get pizza. I’ve been here 3 times already! They always have specials going on and they’re really cheap! The staff is very friendly and very attentive. As for the food I’ve only tried the pizza, spaghetti and meatballs and garlic bread! All of them are delicious except the crust on the pizza can be a little bland. This place will be my new hangout since I live down the street! Woohoo!

The worst pizza and customer service combined. Ordered hot wings and after they were delivered it was discovered they ran out of the sauce and substituted with BBQ sauce, refused to refund order. Pizza was equally a disappointment. First time and last time all in the same visit. We would have been better off getting food from the Valero corner store.

This used to be my go to pizza place! Convenient and cheap, two of my favorite things. The large pepperoni used to always be $ 5 or $ 6, depending on what time and day you went. Then one night, I ordered a pizza and it was $ 9! Their prices went up without warning. Not saying $ 9 is a lot, but when you come to expect something, it can be shocking. So I take my pizza home and figure, eh, I’m sure it’s the same pizza I love! But of course, it was not. Talk about undercooked. When holding the slice by the crust, the front of it just flops down. Not to mention it was incredibly chewy. Unfortunately this place I believe has switched owners so that is probably the reason for such poor quality. Let’s hope they get a clue, because I want my old chicagos back.

So I just ordered a «seafood» pizza & added spinach, then received a pizza with just spinach-____– Since it’s Chicago style, I couldn’t even tell until biting into it and then practically dissecting it to make sure it wasn’t just buried in cheese and spinach. And of course they closed like 10 minutes ago so I couldn’t even call to get it corrected. I’m so annoyed. A seafood pizza is obviously more expensive than what I received, and I tipped the driver nearly 50% hopefully letting them know tomorrow will get me a dang coupon or something. We’ll see. On the plus side, I got a gallon of sweet tea and it’s delicious. Plus I ordered a pie for dessert as well, it came with two scoops of ice cream & looks really good so at least that’s something lol

Honestly, the best Chicago style pizza place in Texas. It is not a pretty place, but the pizza is excellent. I wish they would build a location here in Houston.

Just ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. We have been coming here for years, we used to love the pizza and today it totally sucked!!! Not the same pizza at all! There was not extra cheese on it like we paid for. I called and talked to the girl running the front and asked if it was under new management or new owners and she said yes. And you can definitely tell by the taste of the food it is not the same. This will be the last time I return to Chicago pizza. Not to mention the delivery always takes way longer then the 30 mins they tell you. The delivery has always been a problem, but we over looked that in the past because of the great taste, now that the taste has gone to shit we are done.

This was my second time to order delivery from here. I’m going to make this short and sweet. I’m very disappointed. The cheese sticks were raw, not cold but certainly not cooked all the way. They must not have been fried because they were soggy and white, not golden brown and crispy. And I requested the pizzas be cooked well done and these too were under cooked. For the hour and ten minutes it took to receive the order they could have left the pizzas in the oven another 5 minutes. I don’t mind waiting for my food so long as it’s cooked. I’ll probably go back to ordering from Dominos after this one. That is all.

I was worried about this place due to the reviews but my daughter and friends wanted some pizzas for lunch at Churchill. Now the critical part here is getting the pizza at the right time for their lunch period. So, I called at 10:40AM and asked for 3 large pepperoni and 1 cheese hand tossed pizzas. These are not the Chicago deep dish pizzas so the oven time should be less than 10 minutes. I arrived at 11:30 to find the pizzas were not ready. Took another 10 minutes to get the pizza. I got in the truck and thought I better check those pizzas to make sure the order was right. And it was messed up. All pepperoni and no cheese. I went back in and asked if they may have switched one of the pizzas. The lady who took my order over the phone said she had mistakenly written pepperoni instead of cheese on the order. Sorry.

Love this place. Hadn’t had chicago style pizza for a long time. It was great. Had the medium deep dish pizza with mushrooms green peppers and sausage. And a fountain drink. Like the decorations. I’m coming back.

Very Bad customer service!!! You better hope your order is right because if it’s not, and you call back, you will just hear a really rude lady on the other end!!! Nothing will be done for you! This business just lost a customer!

Literally ordered 2 pizzas for delivery… And it never came! When I called to ask what was up after 1 ½ hours they said the driver ran out of gas. After the 2 hour mark I called for a refund and they said it was on its way. Called back and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Are you kidding me? I’m sitting here now at the 3 hour mark and it’s too late to order anything else. If you want to throw money so you can starve, then this is the place for you.

Stopped in tonight, I like to come to Chicago’s every now & they have great pizza and at affordable prices! It’s a small location and sometimes it might be a little time consuming depending on how busy they are. Yet if you enjoy pizza you can see to forget these small things.

They are the best pizza ever. Nice waitress. Pay attention to what you need. Yummy. Come when your starving you do get full at the end with a Chicago style pizza. And also getting a small free pizza. Good deal.

I’ve never had Chicago style pizza before, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but this pizza has definitely made it into my top 5. The crust was perfectly thick with a distinct buttery flavor. the cheese was layered perfectly to where it melted onto the pepperoni and the crust. And the marinara sauce was to die for!!! Flavored with just the right amounts of garlic and oregano. Delicious! The salad ingredients were also very fresh and tasty. There were only 3 fallbacks; the delivery time, the flavorlessness and freezer taste of the hot wings, and that the crust wasn’t cut all the way through. But the pie alone was worthy of 5 stars.

Great pizza at a great price. I mean, a large for 4.99…wow. we are regulars here. It’s across from Churchill so my teens always love Chicagos. Nothing fancy here… just a good olé pizza pie. Sauce is amazing and so is the lasagna we got this time around. One thing I DON’T like is that they use those little processed ham pieces instead of something fresh. I would cut that off the supreme if it was me, but otherwise you can’t go wrong.

Having gone to college in Chicago(in the city, not a suburb), I am more than familiar with what a good Chicago style pizza is. This place definitely hits the nail on the head. When they say that they serve true Chicago-style pizza(that is more like a pie than a typical pizza), they are being honest. This what Chicago style pizza is all about — a good pie-style pizza. Their ingredients are good and the price is right.(In fact, I’d even say that some of the ingredients they use are identical to a pizza restaurant I used to frequent in Chicago) The only reason they do not get five(5) stars are two minor issues I have — a) for delivery/carry-out, they do not cut the crust all the way through, which requires cutting to separate the pieces and b) their crust recipe, though good, allows for the bottom crust to be just a bit too thick/hard, making it somewhat difficult to cut sometimes. Overall, these are minor issues and most true Chicago style pizza restaurants have them. If they perfected their crust recipe, this place would easily be worthy of five(5) stars.

I’ve always had a good experience when ordering from Chicago’s Pizza. All of their locations are great and the quality is consistent. They usually have a special if you buy a large deep dish you also get a small thin crust free. Free is good ;) TASTE is always good! Never had a bad experience. PRICE is good and they always have specials or deals. SERVICE is fast and friendly

Naturally, when comparing«Chicago-style» pizza joints outisde of Chicago, there is no other than Giordano’s to make the comparison. Obviously, Chicago’s Pizza is definitely not Giordano’s, but there are a couple of reasons to like them. Here they are: The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and courteous. The interior of the restaurant, while a little plain, was definitely clean and inviting. This pizza joint is conveniently located next to a Valero, so if you’re taking your pie home with you, you can stop in for some goodies or a soda pop. They’ve got a nice special of either a free Italian-style pizza or free side salad with the purchase of one of their Chicago-style pizzas. I didn’t choose the salad since another Unilocaler noted that the lettuce stays pretty wet from the rinse. I have to say that I was more pleased with the free pizza than the«Chicago-style» one. The crust was baked to perfection and the pepperoni slices were very tasty. The main attraction, the deep dish pizza, wasn’t so deep-dish. It was a much smaller version of the ever-so-popular Giordano’s. The pie was smaller size-wise as well as depth-wise. The crust was entirely too crumbly and way too sweet for my taste buds. I couldn’t help but wonder if the sugariness was supposed to combat the acidity of the pizza. Either way, the crust was not very well executed. The miniscule pieces of ham resembled little cubes that you would normally find in a salad, not a pizza. I felt like their toppings and cheeses were not the best quality I’ve tasted, but not exactly the worst, either. Again, more sugariness in the sauce. Overall the pizza was way too sweet. Perhaps the one thing I was very pleased with was the price. Very affordable. However, I would probably venture in trying out a few other«Chicago-style» pizza joints before making up my mind on whether I would return here or not.
