Awful place to eat. Had the chicken burrito and the rice was the consistency of oatmeal just hot mush. Also had the chalupa and the shell was stale and very rough like a it was made of leather. I will never go back there again they are a disappointment to the name taco bell.

They only give you half your order and then ten minutes later you get the other half. So half your order is cold!!! They will not give refunds, all sales are final.

This location sucks. Plain and simple. They always mess something major up with your order. The other day I ordered a cheesy potato burrito for my fiancé and when the lady repeated it back she called it a «potato taco» I figured she meant the burrito since there is no such thing as a potato taco on the menu, so I let it slide… but sure enough, when I got home and my fiancé opened his «burrito» it was a taco shell filled with potatoes and cheese sauce, no meat or any other ingredient for that matter. Who trains this staff?! If the staff doesn’t know the basic menu, how can they be trusted to run a drive thru?

Food was as to be expected but like other reviewers, the drive through experience was bad. Long long wait and as I was sitting editing I saw a female employee stuffing tacos NOT wearing gloves… this is gross and against health regulations. Don’t want your hands all over my food. Yuck

DO NOT GO THERE!!!
All my food was completely crap, I threw it away after a few bites. Told the manager on duty and all she could do is to tell me she’s sorry, not even a refund, because I ate part of it.

Horrible food and service. 6 cars in drive thru. Took 35 minutes. No customers inside, just the 6 cars in drive thru. I asked what took so long. The girl said they were short staffed. I could see 5 workers inside. 3 standing around talking. 2 working, slowly. I said it had to be one of the worst drive throughs. She said «well, don’t come back». Have no fear.

For some reason its always packed in the drive thru while the inside is never really busy, but the orders take longer than they should, even for drive thru. Sometimes upwards of 5 min. Definitely not the 2min they shoot for. But I still like you taco bell. Just try harder please!

I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for Taco Bell but I’ve had decent experiences here and the drive-​thru lady is as sweet as can be. The wait time can get out of control but I’ll wait for however long it takes for my Dr. Pepper freeze. Food is… well…it’s Taco Bell, y’all, not 5 star cuisine. Food is always fresh and hot.
Don’t let them short you on sauces!

Advice to the wise, or at least the employees. Dress code is definitely NOT enforced, I’d prefer to not see boxer shorts and saggy pants when waiting for the food. Rudeness should also be placed in check. Sad to see careless employee s and lack of customer service effect an otherwise profitable business/​owner. Also, wait time for burritos should really not exceed 15 mins ! Being under staffed is understandable, however lack of service is not.

Well what can I say the food was good as TB should. But the driver thru is a bit hard of hearing, or the pot is very good! Either way it’s near my casita, And i do go there time to time. So next time pass the doochie to the guy in the truck!
