We preordered wings for Super Bowl. The staff were friendly, store was prepared, food was hot and ready. Good Job Wingstop! We were expecting chaos and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived!

I am not a huge fan of wingstop. My daughter loves the place. She could order wingstop 24⁄7. Last night I was rummaging thru the fridge for a snack and happened to come across a take-home box. It had wings in it and they were so delicious. I know they were from the night before but I was so hungry. Needless to say I loved them so much I sent the hubby to this wingstop to get more! It was around 11 pm last night and I’m sure they were just about ready to close up but the wings and fries were so good as if the place had just opened for business. Everything was hot and fresh. We had the lemon pepper wings and fries. The 2nd order we got the veggie stir and they were so fresh and crisp and some pretty big pieces too. I was pleasantly surprised. Well with the money. Ordering some more now as we speak. So yummy!

Love to order my wings online for the convenience; however, this was my «second» time at «this» location that I was given a time my wings would be ready & I show up and they haven’t started them!!! WTF? I asked cashier RUT, why do I have to wait when I placed the order online & I was even five minutes passed the time I was given to pick them up… she had the nerve to tell me that wings take a long time to cook, no s*** sherlock, thats why I placed order online!!! Don’t give me a time frame if you dont drop them till I get there I had to wait 25 minutes longer. I will NOT be ordering from this location again!

I discovered wingstop at this location. First time I went it was amazing, and I kept coming back for more. The wings kept getting worse and worse each time I went, but I still kept coming in hopes of the amazing food I got the first time I went. The last time I went, some of the wings were cold and some of the wings were warm(not hot). One of the wings was burnt. Needless to say, won’t be coming back to this location again.

I’ve been to a lot of wingstops and I have to say this one is one of my favorite locations. The fries, wings and rolls seem tastier here compared to other wingstops. Great cooks and staff!

Not impressed. Took a long time to get my order. It didn’t seem that busy. I had Parmesan Garlic and Cajun wings. They were okay. Its not terrible, but there are better options.

Extremely nice staff! Went in on a slightly busy afternoon and ordered the boneless family pack!(Or so I thought) apparently I didn’t order them boneless the guy at the register was extremely curious and offered me a replacement right away! Nice customer service is always appreciated. I mean what else can I say is wing stop its delicious even if there was bad customer I’d keep coming back so when there is awesome staff its even better! Kudos wing stop

I love wingstop, but just a couple of things have inconvenience me to the point of writing a review. I don’t like that they have the self service, single paper towel roll for the whole restaurant. My hands are usually covered in sauce/oil and it makes it really hard for me to not get it on the paper towel roll. It is ironic. Second thing is receiving a tiny cup for water that i need to walk up and ask for a refill. They should have a tank-dispenser, especially since it’s just water. I feel guilty whenever i hand a sauce smeared cup to the employee multiple times a visit! Lastly, love the garlic parmesan, but the last couple of wings are always soaked in oil. Probably because they are the only dry seasoned wings.

Worse customer service.. The person seems to be in a hurry n not interested.. she gave me my drink but I had to go back to get a lid… no smile or nothing.. Instead of doing her job she was on the phone… There are so many people out there in search of job… If there is no dedication then why be there.

Went for the first time in my life to Wing Stop the day before yesterday. Excellent. Excellent service, excellent food. Hot and fresh. I had the Louisiana rub glider with fries. Fries were too salty for me. Today, I order the same thing. Go to the bathroom and I saw a small roach almost got on my shoe! I didn’t say anything because I figured maybe they came from outside the restaurant. This Wing Stop is on the corner end of the plaza just steps away from outside on 3 different fronts. I don’t know. Got my food and was going to sit down at a corner table. The table nor the chair wasn’t clean. There was salt and small pieces of fries that I had to clean up myself. I felt extremely unsanitary from then on and the whole experience was disgusting. First of all, one of my Louisiana rub gliders had juice dripping down the bun and soaked it. And the pickles were cold and fries too salty as usual. I am never returning to this Wing Stop or probably any other wing stop based on other reviews I’ve heard of this place and the same problems. All the employees were excellent. They just need to thoroughly clean this place.

Clean place and nice area outside to eat in the medical center. I give it 4 stars due to it did take them longer than normal to have our order ready. It was also not in a busy night. They have boneless and classic wings with several flavors to choose from. I do recommend them.

I have to say, this wing stop has the best customer service and food In town. When it comes to the wing stops. It doesn’t matter if you’re coming in before they close or midday lunch rush! They alway greet you with a smile. Plus the food is right on time. I’ve never had a problem at this location! Why to keep it clean and friendly guys!

I was in there the other day. There was an argument going on outside where the manager was yelling so loudly and meanly at the next door business owner she burst into tears and I saw someone else come up to them and start to address the situation. I went inside, the 3rd person into the restaurant and shut down the place. It was the Health Inspector. Turns out there was a fire at the restaurant next door and the Wingstop didn’t have running water. The health inspector announced that they had been working all day without running water, which means I don’t know how the employees were washing their hands. Luckily this was done before I ordered. I have been there in the past, I am disappointed that they were so concerned with staying open they were willing to open the restaurant without running water.

Wing Stop is located in the heart of the Medical Center, meaning the majority of the people grabbing lunch here are wearing scrubs. That’s fine with me. If I choke on a chicken bone, I’m pretty sure I’ll be covered. I went with the chicken strips covered in Garlic Parmesan and a side order of seasoned fries, which came to just over $ 6. The lady that took my order let me know it would be ready in 7 minutes. Alrighty, that’s almost OCD precise, but at least I know what to expect. The fries were covered with a generous helping of seasoning, but still actually tasted like potatoes. I love it when that happens! My strips were decent, but a little dry because of all the Parmesan on top. I hadn’t ordered any dipping sauce, so I went back for some ranch. They charge you per sauce, which seems a little odd, but whatever. I didn’t need that 75 cents anyway. After that, they were better, but still a little drier than I would like. Wing Stop has a whole slew of sauces for your wings, ranging from mild all the way to atomic. An added bonus is that if you place a larger order, you can try out several kinds of sauce. They also offer different kinds of sides, like coleslaw and baked beans. Service is friendly, and the atmosphere is laid back. Plenty of people come in just to place an order and take it with them, so there were some benches for the people waiting. I didn’t eat all my strips and the girl at the front packaged them up for me, which was nice. Overall, Wing Stop is a friendly, decent place to grab some chicken. I wish I had gotten the wings instead of the strips, but there were enough satisfied people there to make me think about giving it a second chance.
