I would literally give it 0 stars if that was available. I placed my online order about 7:00. Understanding it was going to be about an hour to get my food(delivery). I received three emails, first one was the notification they reviewed my submission, second was about 7:19 stating my food was in the making and third at 7:42 stating my food was out for delivery. Perfect. Knowing the area pretty well, I know it should take them about 20 mins(being OVER generous) to get to my house. So 8:20 rolls around and I decide to give them a call. They placed me on hold so they could call the driver to see where he was at. 5 mins later they inform me he was out and will be about 10 more minutes. 7 minutes later I receive a phone call stating he couldn’t get into my complex(mind you I left special instructions to avoid this) okay I’ll give him a break. 6 mins later receive another phone call stating he can’t find my building… Really. I gave him directions and he said he was right outside. COOL. 9 mins later he finally rings the bell… Food was spilled everywhere like it was thrown about. And it was subpar… Thank goodness I am moving, hopefully to somewhere with better delivery selections.

On Saturday September 26th we ordered online through the app. We ordered hot and sour soup, Hunan chicken, and Mongolian Beef for delivery. The delivery service was fast, however the food left much to be desired. The hot and sour soup was everything but hot and sour as it tasted like beef broth with tofu and seaweed. The Hunan chicken was not bad, however the Mongolian beef was terrible. We got about a lb of onions and very little beef. The beef was a tough sirloin type meat not the usual tender beef that’s used for this dish. Had to try it out as we are fairly new to the area and have heard good things about them. However, we will not be ordering food from here again.

From the outside this place looks like a decent Chinese restaurant. I opted to dine in and showed up around 6:30pm. The lady behind the counter was on her iPhone but took my order and was then back on her phone. Plastic utensils, soda fountain was broken. Ordered 2 egg drop soups($ 2.99?! Each) half order of cheese rangoons and chicken and broccoli. Totaling $ 22 bucks. The rangoons were okay. The soup was very tastey but again a bit over priced. The chicken was scared and the broccoli undercooked. I’ll be driving the extra few miles to a new place for Chinese.

The food was not good at all, did not taste like Chinese food. The lo mein tasted bland and the sauce was watery. Definitely did not save any of the left overs. Place is very over priced also for what you get, but the employees were very nice.

Super fresh. Super tasty. Super clean place. First time and really enjoyed the food. Got: Triple Delight(beef, chicken, shrimp and veggies), combo fried rice(pork, chicken, shrimp), hot and sour soup, cheese rangoons, egg rolls. Did not have a lot of expectations as this was a pick up on a whim. The food came out very quickly, took it home and was very surprised at the overall freshness and quality. Not overly spicy(although I would prefer more), but nice and fragrant flavors. The chicken, pork, beef and shrimp were all fresh, cooked to order, not fatty or chewy at all. We will definitely pick up again!

It simply does not get any worse than this. Ordered two entrees at $ 30.00 after delivery and tried to talk myself into eating it after a few bites and I threw it all in the trash. That’s saying a lot for someone as thrifty as I am. They give huge amounts if that’s what you’re looking for but the taste(or lack there of) makes Panda Express taste like authentic Asian cuisine(not to knock Panda because I do frequent them quite a bit). I’m sorry as all get out but this food is horrible. I am not just being mean I’m just stating the facts.

Decent considering the food isn’t cooked by Chinese people. You can always tell by the rice. Asians rinse the rice out with water before cooking. It gets much of the residue from the rice fields off. Otherwise, it doesn’t taste fresh. I won’t come back because its overpriced. Friendly staff though.

I have passed Wok On Wheels several times and decided to finally stop in since I had a hankering for some Chinese food. The parking lot was empty so I decided to look over the reviews from my Unilocal Family. While I saw complaints about long delivery times and wrong orders, I didn’t see anything negative about the food that scared me away so I decided to venture in. I loved how they had pictures of the food on the wall for display. I quickly changed my order from General Tsos to Sesame Chicken after I noticed the numerous peppers in the meal and I’m not into the Spicy food. I sat down and watched some television in the eating area. Within minutes my food arrived and was accurate. It was beautifully displayed, boasted two heaping lumps of white rice and«Thick» Juicy, well coated pieces of White Chicken Breast. I ordered the cheese crab rangoon instead of the Egg-roll and drank some Orange Crush. After 10 or so bites I was stuffed and had more to take home. I finished my leftovers today and was thoroughly pleased. The chicken was still quite saucy and the rice was nice and firm. I don’t know much about the rest of the menu, but I’m a quick fan and will return as soon as I’m in the mood for some Chinese. –Love It–

We are new to the area and this was our first try– it was decent I’ve had worse in SA. My recommendation is stay clear of the shrimp in the fried rice– it wasn’t cleaned at all and that to me is a huge ICK factor, The lemon chicken was a bit on the tough side, but everything else was good, we had a chicken in black bean sauce that was just the right amount of spicy and very good. The customer service was very nice over the phone and the delivery guy was nice as well. I’d rate them higher but the shrimp is just icky if its not cleaned properly :)

For starters, thank you John H! If I wouldn’t have seen your rave review for this place I think I would have really missed out. I ordered the Mongolian chicken with cheese ragoons. I thought these were the crab and cheese ones but they aren’t. I was mildly disappointed with that. The people were nice and ordering online at: was easy as heck! All in all though the food was absolutely amazing and I would order this again if I still lived on the NE side of town.

My fiancé and I were very disappointed when we ordered dinner from here. He wanted something spicy enough to clear out his sinuses(kung pao chicken) and I wanted garlic CHICKEN, but what we ended up with was rather bland on both dishes, not spicy on his, and more water chestnuts than chicken on mine, and the fried rice was obviously not very fresh, nor very flavorful. for the $ 26 I paid for two meals, I definitely feel it was overpriced and under flavored. The only good thing I have to say, is that when I called to let the manager know I was unhappy, she did offer two free entrees for our next visit(better than nothing, but we weren’t planning on returning). She was very polite and not condescending at all, which does not go unnoticed. Can’t win ‘em all I guess

Wok on Wheels fills a VERY important gap in the market for those of use who don’t want our chinese on a buffet or picked up in Styrofoam. This place has it down — web ordering so you know your order will be right. The delivery area is large, I’m north of 3009 and am still in their area. And the food is definitely a few steps above any other chinese in the area. I’ve always had my orders arrive hot and with way more fortune cookies and silverware than I could possibly need. I don’t know why SA hates chinese delivery so much. What did delivery drivers ever do to you? Try this place out and enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

Fast delivery, friendly service… BUT the food was terrible. I ordered the garlic chicken lunch with fried rice and an egg roll. I also ordered fried dumplings and hot & sour soup. The food looked great and smelled good too. All that I could taste was salt. A huge disappointment! I wont be going back.

I don’t have much to say about Wok on Wheels. The food was o.k. but not real tasty. The prices were too high. Not much ambiance and no wi-fi. It’s just o.k.

Not bad for delivered Chinese food– I will definitely be calling them again. The delivery was fast and the food was good! I had the Triple Delight, an order of Cheese Rangoon and a small Wonton soup. I only got through the triple delight, but the soup and the Cheese Rangoon made for a good dinner.

This place is hit or miss. I’ve gotten a few things here that were good and some that were just meh. Inconsistant, I’ve gotten their sweet and sour chicken before and it was great and then I get it tonight and it wasn’t good at all. Was NOT fresh, It tasted like it had a bit of freezer burn. That’s sad because S&S chicken is supposed to be a safe thing at any chinese place. Soups are bland and tasteless, lo mein was disappointing because it looked really good but tasted like chicken noodle soup, not chinesey at all.
