First time I called, I got hung up on. When I called back I had to wait again for three mins. Was told 18mins for my order. Arrived at location and it took a total of 34mins! BTW, this location NO Longer offers a military discount and nickel and dime you for everything. I’m going to take my business to Wing It, just up the street. Very disappointing trip to wing stop.

I placed an order over the phone and it was done in a timely manner. But I have never been so disrespected by the staff at any other restaurant ever. I was called dumb to my face by one of the workers, who afterward had turned around to talk about me and my friend to the rest of her coworkers. The manager, Josh, was very apologetic about the poor behavior of Tiana and Heather. He was completely appalled by their actions. I appreciate that he was understanding about the situation.

We ordered plain wings, and lemon pepper with bone. We had to wait of course and that’s a good thing! We got our order home and it was so hot still. French fries perfect. Fed 3 adults for under $ 25. We thought the teens working there were perfectly mannered. Be sure to get rolls! And blue cheese. Oh just get a family meal. Ask for tastes before ordering. We will b back. Now we know to call in!

Love this wing stop! Staff is always friendly and what I love most about this chain is you can order whatever you want however you want. Wings are always fresh and fries are always crisp. Doing great!

My children and I visited this place once. I ordered a 30 piece family meal. I thought we would have leftovers for my husband but I was wrong. The wings were a little small. The fries were good. The wings were tasty. My daughter loved the Polynesian, my son loved garlic parmigiano just like me. We also ordered mild wings. All were great choices. Service was wonderful and facilities were clean. We didn’t go to the rest rooms so o couldn’t rate that. We would come here again. 1 star for food 1 star for service 1 star for facilities 1 star overall… I would come here again — stars for restrooms(didn’t visit)

I was in there a couple of weeks ago and if I could this 0 stars I would. I used to come in a lot and the service is always excellent but whenever I am missing stupid with my order a particular manager makes his cashiers apologize for him or claims to be too busy. Well the wait time was over 30minutes and it was busy. I had asked the cashier named Jewel what was taking so long. She checked and let me know there was a delay. I understood and she offered me a drink. I watched as she and another cashier tried to help in the back and then saw the manager throw a bowl and tell the staff and I quote«you guys all suck I’m done with this» stormed out like a toddler. The same cashier tried to keep the service going but when the manager returned he told her to get out she’s not helping and she sucks. I asked the cashier Terri what the managers name was and his position his name is Omar and he’s the GM. I am shocked that this company keeps a manager like this on staff who is too hot headed. I saw the cashier leave in tears because she wanted to make sure us guests were being taken care of. As long as that manager Omar is there I will not go there knowing if he runs the staff like that how is the service going to be great.

Ordered the 40 piece family(bone-in) to go and it was ready in 16 minutes. The location can be a little tricky if you’re not used to the area(it’s on the north end of of the shopping center with Mr Gatti’s facing Pat Booker Rd). The food was well prepaid and the staff was really friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

When you can’t head to Wild Wings on a football Sunday, Wing Stop serves as a close second. I showed up there at 11am this morning to place my order for this afternoon’s games with family. They were open and ready to serve. The service was extra friendly and quick. We ordered the family meal, 3 choices of meats with fries and a side. We ordered Teryaki, Parmesan, and BBQ. Cole Slaw was the side. We waited to eat until everyone showed up after 45 minutes. The chicken was soft and moist with great flavor. We chose mild sauces but the spiciness is still there. The cole slaw was excellent. It reminds me a bit of the cole slaw you get with a Maine lobster up north. Lots of food to serve to 6 people for under $ 20. Not bad! We will be back.

I’ve expressed my opinion on wing restaurants in other reviews, but in short — because of the components of a good wing(the fry, the sauce, the sides) — there’s nothing wrong with a chain if it can get things right. I’m a sucker for heat, so half of my order came in their atomic sauce. The skeptical cashier asked me again if I was man enough to handle the heat, and I assured her I was. The other half of my order was in their second-spiciest offering, cajun. The atomic is indeed very hot, with a fruity habanero flavor amongst the overwhelming heat that is definitely not for everyone. It was a struggle to get through the four boneless wings I ordered, but I loved every minute of it. After my eyes and nose stopped running, I moved on to the cajun. The sauce, though glowing red as its atomic brethren, had a different base, and along with the heavy spices, provided for a much more manageable and flavorful sauce. If I were to go back again, I would opt for the cajun. The thing that surprised me the most about Wing Stop was their fresh-cut fries. They know how to do ‘em right, and for that, I would definitely put them above what BWW or Hooters has to offer. They’re a Texas-based chain to boot, so at least you feel a little closer to home. The décor might not be the best and the kitchen is small, but the wings are amongst the best I’ve had at a chain. Get them to go and bring on the pain.
