My son said he wanted breakfast at Denny’s, so we stopped in. We came in and there was only one worker in the restaurant, besides the kitchen crew. We arrive just after 8AM. She was busy, and took about five minutes to notice we were awaiting seating. She directed us to the corner booth. About ten minutes later she comes around to take our drink order and drop off menus. After another Ten minutes she returns to take our order, and as we are ordering my daughter asked her for one of the special items advertised on the Table card. She informed her that item was out of stock. I ordered Coffee and was told all they had was decaf. My daughter ordered the Build Your Own sandwich with the cheese bun, and we were told the Cheese buns were not available. I ordered the Regular Grand Slam, and ended up with scrambled eggs and bacon, because the sausages were not available. My son ordered the Build-your own Grand Slam Breakfast and was told that there was no sausage. He ordered it with hash Browns, and when the meal came there were no hash browns. He told the waitress, and she promised to get them, after we all had finished our meals she had never come back, all the delivered food was cold and took over thirty minutes to get delivered to the table, My son had to walk up to the cash register and re-request his hash browns. She came back and refilled my coffee once, in an hour and a half. After my son finished his(cold) hash browns, we waited for her to come back and she never did, we wanted our check and a take-out box, and had to go to the cashier and ask for them, she never brought our check. We finally got tired of waiting for her to come back and went to the cashier and told him we needed to check out, he asked where we were sitting, looked up our bill and we paid. As we were leaving the waitress chased us out the door demanding we needed to pay. I told we had, and we left EXTREMELY dis-satisfied customers who will NEVER return to a Denny’s. I am uncertain if the fact that my three kids are disabled had any effect on this poor service. for complaint is NON-OPERATIONAL,(SERVERERROR) so you can not complain to Corporate.

Sorry kids but there is no Dennys at this address. Not sure where ever one has be eating but there is just a big empty field there. Not sure what the real address is.

This place is horrible! Went in late night with the family, could have sworn the server was drunk. Food was overly seasoned with something strange. Definitely don’t go late night. May try during the day and update review.

WORSTDENNY’S EVER! Melina and Emilio had very poor attitudes. They had no idea of what they were doing and were extremely rude. I ordered a sandwich with turkey and 45 minutes after I ordered they came back and told me they had no turkey. Customer service was horrible!

If I couldnt put i star I would. The costumer service is HORRIBLE it took them longer then 20 minutes to even acknowledge us. We had to go to them and let them know that we needed a drink. Their workers dont look like they wanna be working and the whole time we are waiting they are sitting in the back talking. The communication between the employees needs to be worked on immensely. Although as soon as we got service the food came out pretty fast.

The Denny’s on Palm in San Bernardino has wonderful food. The price is right and the food is tasty. The atmosphere was great. It wasn’t too crowded and it wasn’t too noisy. The server was polite and helpful. I have been to this Denny’s quite a few times and I have to say I have not had a bad experience with the food or service.

It’s alright. Not my favorite location. This location lacks sanitation. It smells like a retirement home. The food is good though, but what can I expect at 11pm.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. By far the worst Denny’s I’ve ever been to. Dishes that they served on we’re dirty. We got coffee in cups that still had lipstick on them. We waited 40 min for some pancakes and omelets. The omelets were burned and cold the bacon wasn’t cooked and the pancakes were like rubber. I don’t know how they passed any Heath inspection.

Today I came back and I think this is the last time I will be coming here. The shift manager is serving us and she is taking forever. People coming in n after us already have there food and we are still waiting. Also, they gave my girlfriend a cup of coffee with lipstick on it so we asked for another and the waitress gave us a new cup but surprise, there was lipstick on that one also. she took so long to return that we wiped the lipstick off and just drank the coffee like that. She still has not returned and is MIA now for awhile. As I write this and I’m looking around I’m realizing the frustration of the employees from being understaffed. This transfers over to the customer and you can just feel the vibe. They are trying to be nice but they are short and with an attitude. There are places opening all over here to eat at and this place is going to lose customers. They better get it together. They just served us and got our order wrong SMH.

Seriously I don’t ever write reviews on here. But this place has horrible customer service! Their services is the worst it took them 30 minutes to take my order and to top it off the AC was on full blast till the point where students who where studying here for finals where leaving because it was freezing. The employees asked the managers to turn it down and she rudely responded«there nothing we can do about it.»

It’s the only Denny’s near by so I can’t complain too much but I’ve only gone twice since I lived here. Food has been good but nothing that says I gotta go back. Waiters were fine.

This is the closest Denny’s to our house, so we’ve been regulars there for about 4 years now. Seems like every visit we would get a bad experience in one way or another. From bad service to soggy fries, burnt food, wrong orders, extremely long serving time… You name it! We also had a couple of good experiences and we LOVE Denny’s, so we just kept on giving them the benefit of the doubt. However you gotta draw the line somewhere, and I now rather drive 20 minutes to the next Denny’s before going back to this one. Our food took forever to be served(party of 4), and when it finally arrived my Super Bird was completely burned. I mean charcoal back burned, the cheese had that toasty hard as a rock burnt to it and the turkey/ham was black on the surface. The tomato was also very soggy and disgusting looking. Even the fries were like soggy and burnt at the same time. Like if they were refried over and over and then sit without serving. I pointed everything out to the waitress and told her that I didn’t want anything else. If it was near edible I would have ate it and complained afterwards, but everything was just nasty. I told the waitress that I’ll just let the kids eat their food and I was fine with my water. She came back about 5 minutes later and told me that the manager was going to take care of my bill for my troubles. You would think it was fair enough for 2 kid’s meals and a bowl of soup for my wife. Well 5 minutes after that she brought us the check minus the Super Bird. I asked«I though the manager was taking care of it?». She replied oh we are not charging you for your plate. I just kinda smirked and told her«well of course not, I didn’t even touch it because it wasn’t edible… whatever». I paid my check but never going back to this rat hole.

Added a side of corned beef hash for $ 0.49 pretty good dennys what you’d expect to get from denny’s adding the hash for only .49 was nice
