Dib’s Safe & Lock Service

I’ve used Dib’s several times and they never disappoint. All of the techs I deal with are extremely professional, on time, and quick to respond. Their prices are extremely reasonable.

Alex was amazing with helping us get our keys out. He drove by and noticed we needed help. He was quick about helping us and took less then 5 mins to get my keys out. I have an accurate mdx and he was able to do it quickly. He was nice and great service. Definitely recommend.

Fast, efficient, courteous. Stuck to their phone quote. AAA+ service. I called them for car key retrieval. They were at the house within 20 minutes. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

My neice locked the garage keys in the garage so my sister who is diabetic couldnt get in the garage to get food to make for herself so i was planing on coming down from La with a lock cutter and saw, but my husbad said well what if you go all the way down there and still cant get it off so i looked up Dib’s online. Paul answered the phone, very friendly and kind. He said he could come right out, and he did in about 15 min. He had that lock off in no time. yay…Paul to the rescue so now i dont have to worry about my sister getting sick. He was so warm and kind, great, quick service. Had to share the good news!..

It is easy to just let sleeping dogs lie. It is much harder to correct something.
I am updating my review and my rating to 5 stars due to the owner reaching out personally to me to correct what previously happened with one of their technicians. As a result, I gave them another try and I am happy to say that they hit it out of the ball park.
I recently had to perform a lockout on an apartment. I called them at the last minute and they were able to send out a technician to handle the service. That technician, Alex was timely despite my last minute call to them, and he was totally professional and provided excellent service and provided the key codes that I requested. Dibs owner also waived the trip fee due to the prior experience. Waiving the fee was great, especially since I did not ask for it.
I have a friend that always says, the quality of one’s work is related to the quality of one’s character. It does not mean that someone has to be perfect, but it means that they attempt to right anything that is wrong. Dibs and their owner has done this with me and I highly recommend using them as a result. More importantly, I will use them again.

My third 5 star review on a service today. I’m feeling generous. I got a recommendation for Dib’s from my trusty go to lock provider Bundy Lock and Safe in WLA. Because I respect Bundy’s so much I went with this company even though there were no Unilocal reviews. True to their word, Dib’s has fulfilled my expectations.
First visit was to rekey 4 kwikset deadbolt and doorknobs on a home we purchased. cost was $ 117. Second time was to cut off a couple of locks that the selling realtor didn’t have keys to as well as help me punch a hold through my front door for a new door fixture I was installing. I forgot my drill in WLA and didn’t want to go to HD to rent one. Cost was $ 80 and they came out the same day within an hour of calling.
Like Bundy’s they’re not cheap, but I’d rather have someone reliable and pay them more to do it right and quickly too. If I ever have lock needs, I’m going back for sure.
