Gus Jr. Restaurant

I was disappointed a second time, I love Gus Jr on waterman and I stopped at this one a few months ago when I got home I seen the chicken strips were burnt bad! Well I thought I would give this Gus Jr another shot but once again I get home and my food is burnt again now I know why I waited so long in the drive thru!

Manager Francisco is the worst.
I called asked for customer satisfaction number from in front of the restaurant. And he wouldn’t give it to me.
This guy should be fired

The food is decent it is what it is but the broad works the drive thru is rude but she just doesn’t know any better.

Went through the drive-​thru with my friends. It literally took the worker 10 minutes to take out order. When we finally got our food, it was definitely not worth the wait. The fries and onion rings were super bland! And I understand that food you order does not always look like the picture presented, but holy crap! I ordered the cordon bleu sandwich that supposedly came on a wheat bun, they made the sandwich on regular wheat toast. The piece of chicken on the sandwich was a little bigger than the size of a quarter so I literally paid $ 8 for some bland fries and 2 pieces of toast. I’ll upload a picture here for your enjoyment!

Ate here twice and felt sick both times. Never again. I’d rather spend the extra $ 1.50 and go to In-​N-​Out down the street where the food is FRESH.

Well, there are a few of these around here so I decided to check one out. The sun had just gone down and already this place was filled with «walkers». And I’m not talking about zombies from the Walking Dead! The outside parking lots were also crawling with these walkers. I’m glad I didn’t have my family with me, no need for them to see any of that inappropriate stuff. Now, as for the food: YUK! Honestly. YUK. Thats what I get for going to number 3 out of 50 (probably). Don’t come here. Go buy groceries and make something at home.

Ever go thru the drive through window and get short changed, then given what you didn’t order but charged for what you did order. Gus Jr. No 3 will do that. Here is the deal, I order a Carne Asada Taco Plate, $ 7.?? (exact change with tax was 7.27). I got to window and attendant asked for $ 3.??, I asked him what I ordered and he looked and me and said beef tacos. I said I ordered the Carne Asada taco plate and he wasn’t charging me enough. He said oh yah, and took my $ 10 bill and went to get change. He brought me back 73 cents, I looked at him and asked how much it cost. He looked at cash register and told me, I said you still owe me $ 2.00. He brought me that along with a sack with a take out platter in it. Instead of handling it like a plate, he carried it like a bag of groceries. I got home and opened it, it was not what I ordered at all. It was 2 beef tacos and some beans, not what the the picture of the platter looked like. I took two pictures but can’t figure out how to upload them. It is uneatable as far as I am concerned. I looked and looked for a home company, business office, or even a small room where I could lodge a complaint. Gus Jr appears to have no such place, or complaint department. Now I have eaten at Gus Jr. more than once, and enjoy their food, however, tonight was the very first time I tried this Gus Jr. If it hadn’t have happened to me, I would have found it hard to believer. The guy was either stoned or just a thief, as I find it hard to believe Gus Jr would hire someone this dumb, I mean the work force has smart people begging for jobs. Stoned or a thief, like I said. If anyone knows how to file a formal complaint to Gus Jr., please let me know through my face book account. Dennis Riney
