This location has gotten quite a bit better. :) I had stopped going for about six months due to not being very happy with the service and the prices. The prices are still a bit high, but with the amount of fresh ingredients used, it’s rather expected.
My Acai bowls always come out yummy and VERY QUICKLY!

I always have Raw Fusion here… It is sooooo good! However I don’t know how this place is still open its like a ghost town in here. which loses its ambience. The place is clean and nicely decorated and the staff do look like they hate their job. If you do go here close your eyes so you don’t have to see the staff that look miserable and the dead ambience and get a raw fusion and you will love this place!

I came in when there was no people at all, I ordered, then people started to walk in. One of the employees, Juan, started taking orders and the other girl started working on everyone else’s drinks instead of mine, even though I came in first! After Juan finished taking everyone’s order, about 10 people, he went to wash the juicer and the other girl kept giving people their smoothies. I was waiting for my drinks for 15 mins. I was the LAST one to get her drinks even though I was the first one there. Never coming back.

The few times I came to this juice it up I received horrible customer service the workers don’t acknowledge that your there and they don’t seem happy about their job. The last time I went to this store it was closed early so pretty much their website and store hours and very misleading. I would much rather go to Jamba juice which has way better service and actually stay open till the time they are supposed to.

Walked in to order a drink waited roughly about 10 mins without so much as a hello from the two employees be hide the counter. Only one other customer in the place, few min later I walked out without even placing a order!

Started going to the Juice it up around from where I live for a few days now. I love The Zone drink. It’s like a Reeses peanut butter cup blended. I’ve also tried their plain pretzels very delicious. Soft and chewy just what you want in a pretzel. The two ladies that work in there in the daytime are really nice and helpful. I will continue to visit for the awesome smoothies and snacks​.PS. You must try the muscle muffins.

My go to Juice It Up all the time. The manager there, Zanna, always hooks it up when it comes to my smoothies. Service was really fast and quick even though she was, and is often, the only worker at the time.

Great location but they are never properly staffed. Every time I go in I have to wait so long to get my drink. I feel kind of sorry for the employees. Overall, the drinks are good, place is fairly clean, but expect to wait a bit for your drink.

If I order a drink right. And I have more than the average additions right. And I pay additional money for those extra additions okay. And there is an overflow of the drink I ordered. Aren’t I somewhat somewhat entitled to that overflow?
Well when I ask for that extra. Do not give me an attitude for inquiring for what’s mine… Horrible service.
On a brighter note, the pitaya smoothie is on point!

I love Juice It Up, huge fan. The reason I’m leaving this review is for the gentleman (Sunny) who helped me with my drink. It’s my first time at this location and this dudes customer service was nowhere to be found. I didn’t feel welcome, almost as if I was bothering him, and one can sense attitude in his voice. Hire friendlier people, people who actually want to be there to help and serve delicious drinks.

It is cute inside and the employee that helped me was very nice. But I am here to complain about the drink I bought. I thought for a medium smoothie, I shouldn’t have to pay about 5 bucks for it! Plus it wasn’t even that good! Considering I got something totally plain (just strawberry smoothie) it tasted I guess too «milky». It wasn’t good that I ended up throwing the rest away about after drinking half of it. It doesn’t compare to Jamba Juice. So I will be sticking with Jamba Juice from now on.
