As good as can be from employees to discounted prices to selection. Staff was on point and ready to help. Best store to shop. They also have a huge clearance section.

Website says open at 9am got there all lights wer on workers in there they answer phones but didnt open doors till 10:00 wont be back they need to change the time on the website so people like me dont drive a hour there to sit and wait.

Prices are almost the same as regular price and they ALWAYS take 15+ mins at the register even if there’s only 2 people ahead, I don’t know if this happens to everyone but EVERY time I’m here I’m waiting on line for so long.

The prices here are awesome. They have a great variety (except for men’s sandals, my husband was disappointed) The customer service was awesome. We were approached by two different staff members asking if we needed anything. I’m lucky if I can get one person to help me at Payless. We ended up buying a pair of tennis shoes for my three year old. Only 25 bucks for a pair of shoes that were originally $ 50.

Today was my second visit to this factory store. If you don’t mind wearing last year’s shoe (and I don’t when it comes to gym shoes), you can get very good prices here. Last time I was in, I found some gym shoes and flip flops. Today, even cuter flip flops than last time. I like that they carry my size (freakishly small). What I don’t like is lack of service — I had to wait/​loiter around cash register for 5 plus minutes before someone came to take my money!
