Love working out at HRK. The owner and instructor Anuj is very dedicated to his students. He teaches great technique while advancing your martial arts skills. The space is huge! There are also free weights and other gym equipment available after classes. The energy is also great! All the students and instructors are encouraging! Everyone is here to learn. Definitely recommend this gym!

Anuj, the owner & the head instructor is highly experienced in various forms of Martial Arts. He is thorough, patient and very supportive to his students and pays attention to details. His students love him and many moved with him when he opened his own Gym 6 months ago. His love for this art and the energy he puts into it are beyond description. The Gym has brand new mats & other gear, is very spacious and fully equipped. I love it and I highly recommend it to adults & kids.

Anuj is very pleasant to work with! Tonight I had my first free Muay Thai session with him and my friend and I must say that it exceeded my expectations! I’d love to sign up for membership tho distance is kinda holding me back since I live in San Jose. Oh well the scenery drive could make up for it ;) Overall, great experience here and worth the money and time and effort! :-)

Anuj is a great instructor! He is very detailed and enthusiastic with his instruction. The classes are paced perfectly, starting with great core drills followed with a stretching routine. Then let the killer workout begin! Don’t be shy come here and get your work out on!

Your best bet to get your sweat on! Spacious, clean, and good vibes as soon as you enter this dojang. The people are friendly and owner/​instructor takes the time to work with you. He challenges you based on your level of experience, comfort and flexibility, which really worked for me since I was getting back into kickboxing after 6 years. I’m so sad I can’t continue since I recently moved, but hope to be there regularly when I’m in the area again! Try a class (or two), you won’t be disappointed.
