Dear Lane Bryant,
I’m sorry you felt you had to close all your other Bay Area stores. It sucks because this is now the only volump-​chu-​us girl store close to my home and it’s not even that close.
Also, thanks for not carrying Houston Mom clothes like Avenue. If I don’t see another sensible jegging again…

Yesterday was my first visit to this location, and I was very pleased. I was assisted by Martha, who was very helpful and courteous. She stared a fitting room for me as soon as she noticed that I have more than 3 pieces of clothing in my hands and also helped me with my backpack suggesting I lock it in the fitting room while I’m picking up things to try on. She carried my backpack to the fitting room herself. This tells me she is very in tune with her customers needs.
I’m definitely coming back to this store.

I dropped in today @ 2:15pm to buy a COMPLETE wardrobe for my upcoming vacation. No one acknowledged me. No one asked if I needed help.
The gals that were «working» were so busy yapping with a gal from Hawaii. The customer already purchased her coat and was on her way out, yet the 2 gals «working» were so busy continuing the silly conversation that they neglected not just me… but another customer that followed me into the store. I even stood next to them for 5 more minutes as they continued talking. Still nothing. Not a peep from the gals that were «working».
I strongly advise that you NOT visit this particular if you want some customer service.

Went in yesterday to check on some clothes I had ordered. I ordered a pair of shorts and a nighty to take on my honeymoon (we fly out tomorrow) and the sales lady at the time assured me my clothes would be in on time. That was not the case, which is disappointing. One of the sales associates, Gabby, went way out of her way to rectify the situation and made sure that I left there smiling. I ended up spending another $ 200 on bras and panties instead of leaving angry. Fantastic, very helpful employees and wonderful customer service. Only 4 stars because I wish they weren’t so expensive!

I got my bra sized perfectly. There was a older woman who was of great help. And then there’s Leti who also helped me a great deal. I liked my experience and umm coming go buy more bras (In my size) with my 25 off coupon I got

just wanted some simple jeans. they had these heat activated jeans that are supposed to fit while you get warmer??? ha? that was gonna take way tooo long plus they had only two different kinds of styles that i did not even like so i went to «avenue» and found all kinds of pants that fit plus much more variety and better styles and nicer service at the metro center.

Love this store!!! Cute stuff for the curvier chicks!!! Can be pricey BUT their stuff is generally well made… and…they usually send out lots of coupons that can take anyhere from $ 25.00 to $ 75.00 off your total so that definitely helps! Good mix of business clothing and «night out on the town» or even casual/​work out stuff. They could work on their lingerie section a bit more… their mother company is «The Limitied» which ALSO owns… wait for it…“VICTORIA’s Secret”…who definitely know something about racy underthings… They need to hop to it and include Lane Bryant in the loop! Though it does seem they ramp up their lingerie section around Christmas and Valentines Day. but hey, we need this stuff all year, dig? Still, a great place to shop!
