If you look in your closet and you think to yourself, «Gosh, I really need some leopard print jeggings!» then this is your store.
Ok it’s not ALL that bad, but if Forever 21 and Bloom had a tackier, slightly cheaper younger sibling, it would be Joppa. The clothes here are cheap as all hell so they’ve got that going for them. And the employees are very nice & friendly and not overbearing. But the merchandise is either obnoxious (hence the jeggings) or boring… and in both cases, not built to last.

My friend recently started working here so I decided to pay her a visit. Now, I’m not just saying this cause she IS my friend, but because she was the only one that I saw working the entire time I was in here! She was in the front folding clothes and putting things back on hangers while one of her co-​workers were too busy imagining themselves on the catwalk, walking up to the mirror to look at their appearance. True story.
Now, it was not a total lost. I walked around and went to the clearance rack and found a cute skirt for $ 3. With tax included though, it became around $ 5.23? Yeah.
Service from other people was alright. It took a while for someone to come up to the cash register to collect my money, though.
I would probably not come back here that often. Nope.

Funny thing as picky as I am-​I actually can find some stuff in here. Yes, it isn’t your frilly store with people greeting you. But hey, you can can what you need and be out for a more than decent price. I’m not saying it’s the best quality-​but you will find some finds. I already know whatever I pick I’m not returning it-​so I have no problem with their return policy. You know back when Forever21 first started back in the 90’s it looked just like this. It’s worth checking out if you’re in Tanforan, they sometimes have some good sales.

This place is okay if you’re looking for cheap clothes. I bought some things from there. No returns or exchanges is the policy. I bought this one cute shirt, but I found out after i got it that there was a hole right under the armpit area. I was pissed. I’m just lucky that my mom can sew.

I only come in here if something catches my eye.
The place is spacy, enough room to move and roam around. The clothes are alright. They carry alot of basics such as shirts, tanks and jeans. Material? Eh, not very good so if you’re normally a medium, get a large cause your shirts are gonna shrink.
The employees? WORST employees I’ve ever encountered. They don’t greet you or anything, they just mug you and look you up and down. Get outtta here!
I would give this place one star if I didn’t find a cute romper. I’d probably visit again when I decide to put my b*tch face on.

I’m glad for this store altho I didn’t mind the Anchor Blue they replaced.
Their style suits mine so I always find something I like here. Yes, I’m a regular here :). Large selection of ladies clothing with cheap prize tags.
If you’re like me who doesn’t like repeating clothes but is on a budget, this is an option. Don’t get their accessories, looks too cheap, just bad material.

when i got to the counter, she just grabbed whatever i had and started scanning. I know what youre thinking, «maybe they were busy.» NO nobody was in that store.
only that one thing was nice too, nothing else. WHAT? MUSIC WAS WAY TOO LOUD. nice bose speakers though.

I like it here. This is where the Anchor Blue used to be. It’s like another Bloom but a lot neater and quieter. The prices here are great but the brands are the kinds you’ve never even heard of. The clothes are cool – not crazy graphic tees and revealing stuff, but stuff with actual sophistication. The one time you shouldn’t go there is when a sale is occuring – besides the fact that things are thrown all over and shoved in «20% off» boxes, it’s crowded, and most of the clothing left has some sort of defect (missing buttons, bows, zippers, sequins, holes). Their return policy as far as I know isn’t great either.

This would be your next choice if you don’t find anything at Forever 21! Seriously, they have good deals here and a lot of their stuff is really cute. I bought a cute dress for under $ 30. I do wish they had more accessories though. The staff is friendly and helpful… Definitely coming back here to see their new stuff!
