The girl Emily made mountains of promises because she was desperate for a sale. Little did we know she had no idea what she was talking about and it’s costing my mother $ 50 a month. We were told if we upgraded with her, we would get a free phone for my aunt. We explained that my aunt doesn’t use data and we needed a feature phone for her and not a smart phone. The girl said the free phone offer only works with a smart phone and said she can request a data block on the phone so we won’t be charged for Data.
Ok cool, except AT&T doesn’t do data block for smart phones and nobody can do anything about it. AT&T isn’t able to help because technically MSW isn’t their company. My mom has been calling this location to talk to Emily and get her to help after countless unanswered calls, we finally get a hold of her and she keeps saying she’ll take care of it but nothing gets done.
I will be contacting the BBB regarding Emily because she scammed my family just so she could get her sale. Never again, Mobile Systems Wireless. I don’t recommend anyone buy their phone from a re-​seller EVER because they’re not well-​versed with how contracts work and they’ll lie through their teeth for a sale.

The salesperson at Serramonte Mall is very dishonest. He does not disclose all the information you needed to know when you purchased. Don’t be surprised about the fees when you buy a phone there. According to the company, the upgrade and re-​stocking fees are standard policies. Should we still get informed about the company standard policies? Be careful when you are signing the documents, please sure to read ALL the pages before you leave the booth. Or else you will be surprised.
What I learned about this company is — the salesperson only just goes for your commission and tells that you can get a full refund within 30days. However, when you returned the phone within 30 days, you found out that there is a restocking fee of $ 35 and plus an upgrade fee of $ 18 which AT&T charges. None of those fees was disclosed at the time of purchase by the salesperson. Then the GM would come over and tell you that everything is in writing and circle out all the untold fees on the receipts. The pages he pointed out didn’t even look familiar because I was not given a time to read the ENTIRE receipt at the time of signing and those fees were not disclosed.
Again, this company does NOT have a fair and honest manner and should be taken out the BBB accredited list.
