This is based on graveyard shifts. Service is hit or miss it’s either not bad or it’s ok, but how many places can you get a sandwich 24hrs a day? Not the best sandwiches but nice this location doesn’t close.

Cleanest Subway I have been in years. Visited during late night hours and was very impressed.

Okay. SOPISSED!!! I get it. I’m complicated. I’m on a really strict medical diet. I can’t have any carbs, sugar, certain oils, etc. All I wanted was a couple pieces of meat, some onions, small handful of lettuce, and a few pickles. I didn’t need the bread. But MILLIE insisted she had to charge it as a sandwich. I said I don’t want the bread and she continued to argue with me that she couldn’t help me. She suggested a salad– no I don’t want a salad. I don’t need all the extra veggies. I just needed a few! Millie was so unprofessional. She said she doesn’t have a tray she can use for just those items. She kept saying«no for real» which was very ghetto and unprofessional. I told her fine. Give me a kids sandwich with no bun. She rolled her eyes and shook her head at me and started talking about me under her breath. Okay– I damn well get it! If it was up to me, I would order a damn regular sandwich LIKEEVERYONEELSE. But I can’t. Be a little more sensitive to people’s restrictions. I wasn’t asking you to go in the back and kill another turkey! I will not be back to this location!

We went to grab a quick bite for dinner. We were pretty unimpressed with the service. My boyfriend got the footlong tuna and he did not even spread the tuna, he pressed the cheese on it… That was very unprofessional for customers watching. Not sure if he had a hard time hearing, however he almost gave me the wrong meat and then was about to put on the wrong toppings. He didn’t press the 2 sides together with a knife he just flopped them together, which lost some of the toppings. Just pretty unimpressed with the service person we had helping us. On another side note. They have been advertising about«guacamole» how great it will be to add to sandwiches and it costs extra… That’s annoying.

Absolutely thankful this subway is open 24 hours for when I work the night shift! 5 stars because of how close they are to my work and because of the great staff!

Came here to get a sandwich that would fill me up for the low. I told her I want the veggie delite and I also asked her that if it came with veggie patties inside? She said yes, and then at the end I find out she charged me 2 extra dollars, because she thought the whole time that I just wanted the veggie delites without the patty. She then made me another sandwich and threw the other one away, because the manager didn’t want to decrease my amount for her employees error. And plus they barely put any vegetables on top. I had to ask for extra everything and that made a .25% difference. Highly recommend another subway, then this restaurant and its employees.

Me and my sister came here one night wanting to buy sandwiches for us, so i checked the subway website for the all day $ 5 footlong I found out it was the BLT so I ordered that hoping to pay $ 5 ++tax when I was rung up a the register so she said $ 6 something so I wondered why I showed them my iphone and the website showing it was indeed $ 5 so the cashier had no idea what to do she called the manager her name is VICKYMANALAC so she thought about it and told me she could not give me that price because on the pic on the website it was a6 inch not a footlong even though it clearly states ALLDAYVALUE $ 5FOOTLONG and she also said we needed coupons for that. What a total BS. I have been buying at different subway locations without coupons that same $ 5 all day value. I guess she’s new or something but she treated us like we’re asking for handouts. So I’m never going back to this location and going to convince all my friends and families not to come here VERYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE

Been here multiple times, the food quality is fine but when its time to pay they the lady who rings me up always charges me more and I have to correct her… first couple times I let it slide as a mistake but its happened 4 times in a row… you be the judge.

Standard Subway service. The so called sandwich artists here are far from artists. They don’t want you in there any longer than needed so don’t be bothered if you feel like nothing but a number. 24 hours is great for when you’re starving in the middle of the night and don’t want to feel like a fat person. You can always order a meatball sub and tell people you got Subway. There’s a 24 hour starbucks across the parking lot too. This way you can settle your stomach with a meatball sub and hot milk, dutch oven anyone?

Got a sweet onion with chicken. Chicken was cold. Cheese was barely melted. I wish they would take more time to make your sandwich.

I am always welcomed upon entering the store. Fresh ingredients, speedy service. Gets busy at noon, and the staff handles it well in this small store. Bread always fresh, neat presentation, tables are clean. Parking is good. Subway is a great alternative to the Popeye’s next door if you want to eat something with vegetables and less fat.

Arrived at 9pm on a Sunday. There was no one there and my sandwich was made without delay. The man that my sandwich was friendly and made a good sub. I took it home and enjoyed it. I will return. $ 6 for dinner is hard to beat these days.

Does this place stand out? No, it’s your standard subway shop but the biggest perk is that it’s open 24 hours. Better food option than fast food after drinking. I would come here again.

This is a 24 hour Subway and I usually go there late night. On more than one occasion, they claim the register is not working and ask for cash taking it out back and returning with change from a cup. Seems sketchy at best. On the most recent visit, I spot this exposed electrical wire sticking out of the drink refrigerator. I alerted the guy behind the counter. His reaction was to move 2 steps to his right, look briefly at what I was pointing at, shrugged and went back to making sandwiched. So if you or your child happen to find yourself in this Subway getting a 3rd degree electrical burn, feel free to contact me with evidence of prior disclosure and their complete apathy to all things deadly.

YO!!! Yeah this subway is definitely not my fav Subway venue nor sandwhich shop period… yet its rather on the small side and overly crowded as well. Yet somehow these workers manage to burn through making subs, and got to me quick making me a sweet club double meet with everything i want, drink, chips, lite mayo, pepper, salt, whatever my heart could desire in less then 10 minutes, and toasted BAM! IT was also clean, and the workers were very nice. Venue just sucks though, so its a 3. Almost a 4. Good job workers

Typical of most other subways, but I didn’t se any advertisements for a $ 5 footlong(do they not do that anymore?). At around 11:45pm, there was a long line that didn’t move super fast. It probably took me 5 – 10 minutes just to place my order. There were at least four people behind the counter, including one at the register, and were lined up like an assembly line, but they were moving at a snails pace. Anyways, I placed my order(turkey on wheat with everything and mustard) and was on my way. The guy behind me however, had to keep repeating to the lady behind the counter to make sure he got the extra pepperoncinis he requested and not the pickles the lady was putting on his sandwich. It was almost like they were on autopilot and refused to listen to the customer except for when they take the initial order.

There’s been a lot of slamming of this Subway location(hence the two stars you see as the overall rating – at least at the time of this post). My experience has been different. I have always gotten good, tasty sandwiches made to order here. Are they as good as Little Lucca? No, but at least here you don’t wait 20 minutes in line to make your order. You can also get sandwiches here 24 hours a day and that comes in handy after a late movie at Tanforan. If you want the best, go call in your order at LL and pick it up, but for the late at night or spur of the moment munchie, this Subway will do just fine.

CRAMPED, CROWDED& I don’t understand what the workers are saying. 5 $ 5 $ 5FOOTLONG Today me & my bro split a $ 5 foot long. We opted for the oven roasted chicken breast on Italian herb & cheese bread with everything on it. It was good because it was warm, but I think the only reason it was sooo good was because we were hungry. This place is pretty small, seems pretty full of people, not the cleanest place, & I couldn’t understand a single word from the workers. The last time I went to Subway, it must have been at least 5 years ago, I don’t think I’d come back to this location.
