Price was average, the installers did not waste time, we attributed the difficulty we have to securely close the windows they installed to the age of the house, 85 years old. The range is from good operation on some windows to totally not being able to close the others so we can’t engage the safety lock. We also get some wind whistling through. We were wrong! neighboors in equally old homes have windows that work perfectly and do not let air in.
Also — they do not stand behind their product. One of the casement windows’ crank mechanism doesn’t work. We called them repeatedly, no one came, we asked BBB to intervene, no luck. Our neighboor climed up on a tall ladder to push it back to keep the rain and elements out! DO NOT USE THEM!
