Fidelity National Title

Lee Kocjan is fantastic! She gets sh*t done! Loan docs were sent to Lee at noon, by 3pm the same day we were signing our papers. The loan funded the next day and the day after that we closed. Such an easy transaction!

I called in an attempt to get some help with organization. Files, bills, T.V. remotes, etc. I was connected with Sophia, who was eager to help me. Unfortunately, I don’t speak English very well and there was a long silence where I think I was supposed to answer a question.

Not the best experience with this title company, specifically with Melanie and Shannon. Lack or prompt replies, lack of attention to details such as sending checks to incorrect address when specific new home address was provided. List can go on. I would never use this title company again. I tried to get in touch with the branch or district manager and still waiting for a call back.

Fidelity National Title took care of my paperwork for house purchase and refinances in the past.
I have gone to Redwood City brunch (now it’s closed/​moved to San Carlos brunch) and San Mateo brunch for several times so far.
Yesterday, Shannon at San Carlos brunch helped me. She is so nice. She made my day. Thank you very much, Shannon!
Also, even you need any paper work, long after your process is done, everyone there helps you to get it right away. Adriana helped me today. She’s always very pleasant to talk to and gets the job done fast!
My experience at Fidelity National Title company is always good. People there are very professional, nice, and fast. If you have a choice of title companies, I totally recommend Fidelity National.

As good as it gets in the title and escrow business. As a realtor, I care about three things on the title and escrow side: (1) performance; (2) communication; and (3) how my clients are treated when they are on site. Fidelity Title in San Carlos goes out of their way to make sure all of the above are perfectly taken care of in every instance. Brad, Maria, Christine, Lupe, Melanie and Shannon are all fantastic. An easy five star recommendation.

Melanie, Shannan and Laura are awesome! As a Realtor, it is so important that my clients are well taken care of during the signing of their documents. These ladies are always available to answer questions but more importantly, they know their stuff and are nurturing and supportive. Thank you Ladies!
