Fidelity National Title has done a fabulous job for me over the years. I have had many escrows at Fidelity and love the service I get from Maria, Jeanie, Lupe and Brad. Lupe is an excellent escrow officer who communicates well and identifies potential issues up before they become problems which I really value… and my clients really seem to like her :-)

I have been working with Fidelity National Title in San Carlos for awhile, and I have to say they are definitely the most responsive, efficient escrow managers I’ve come across. I’ve had to deal with a lot of escrow companies, and they by far get the job not only completed, but always on time, and flawlessly. One of the most important steps in a real estate transaction is the signing. Lupe is not only calming to the client, but explains everything in detail so they know exactly what they are signing and why. Her assistant Christine and the sales rep Laura are the best in the business, so if you can’t get a hold of Lupe, they are right there… not only are these gals great, the whole office is that way… I highly recommend them for your next escrow… tell your realtor you want to work with them…
