Was really disappointed with Mr. Ong’s «take it or leave it» attitude, and impatience when I asked for details about the job he would do. He didn’t believe that I understood something about stone (am a geographer).
I ignored his dismissive attitude and actually tried to schedule the repair — but his attitude got even worse when it was difficult to find a mutual date. He said he was tired of repeating the same date. I tried to explain that I have a hearing disabiilty, and that seemed to irritate him further. He was in a hurry hurry hurry but was here only 10 minutes. It was his way or the highway so it was the highway — I got someone else for the job within an hour.
I’m surprised that the local high quality stone store recommended this company.

I just hired Prostone Service to repair a broken tile. A crystal vase accidentally dropped and put a hole in the tile. Unfortunately there were no extra matching tiles to replace the damaged one.
I called Prostone and Albert fixed the hole and matched up the color. I thought I was in trouble however Prostone saved the day.

I’ve used Albert to clean and seal a stone entrance to my medical office building. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked when he was done. The color came back to like new condition and he gave me some tips on how to maintain it. I couldn’t be happier with Prostone Services.

After using another service and having my kitchen floor ruined, I called Albert. (recommendation from the company who laid the marble floor.) He came out promptly and knew exactly what had been done and what needed to be done to correct the situation. They arrived on time to start work, finished quicker than I thought, cleaned up and did a beautiful job! My kitchen floor is perfect. cleaned, sealed and shiny. I highly recommend Prostone! I am one happy customer!!!

I got Albert’s name from a well known stone retailer. He was Friendly and punctual and came highly recommended. He and his coworker did an ok job refinishing the stone in my bathrooms, however, they did a terrible job on caulking and grouting! They left such a mess! I am still trying to clean up the sloppy caulking myself. He was extremely overpriced and overrated. I would not recommend them.

Albert and Jonathan came to repair and resurface my bathroom floor and the complete shower stall. They removed etched marks left my too strong cleaning solutions. They also removed old wax surface and rebuffed to a beautiful shine.
Albert has given me the name of the proper brand of solution to use on the beautiful marble. I found both gentlemen profession and personable. They arrived on time, layed down protective covering for floors and glass. They left the house with no trace of work having been done other than the shiny finish to the marble. I would recommend them for work.

Prostone Services did an excellent job of sealing all the flagstone in my back yard, to protect it from mold. When some of the seal didn’t «take» the first time (I’d allowed the sprinkler system to water it beforehand), they returned and redid their work at no charge. Albert and Jonathan guarantee their work, and they mean it. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
