Food and beer on tap are great!!! Why I gave it 3 stars is that this establishment is incredibly LOUD esp. For dinner. Friday’s especially. If your child has a sensory issue do not bring him here. Sometimes it’s not too crowded and the sound level is ok but like tonight-7pm on Friday it’s really loud and people are yelling to be heard. If you don’t mind the loudness the pizza is great!

I just ate the vegetarian pizza and I have a word for management — your sauce is dull and boring! The vegetables were good and plentiful but the sauce was dull and boring. I actually have a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend you make the sauce more ROBUST which might justify the high price you charge.

Very disappointing, couldn’t wait for BallPark to open given its proximity to our house. Quality of food is a minor step above Chuck E Cheese. Very over priced and slow to come out. Ambiance is extremely loud as their seems to be no insulation in the building. Wouldn’t recommend taking your family or teams there as its not worth the price and expierence. Pizza was very greasy and thick with an overload of cheese on everything. Salad bar is very small and you pay each time you go for another round. They do have a few craft brews which makes the establishment a bit better. Also have Thriftys ice cream which is the best thing about the place. Would not recommend going there. Can’t imagine the place will be around for another 6 – 8 months given poor quality of food.

The Point of my review is Ballpark pizza in Talega is taking advantage of consumers. I live in San Clemente Ca in the new community of Talega. I’ve been in the food industry for over 15 years, helping start up restaurants, trainer of service that sells. So today I ordered a Large pizza sausage and Pepperoni and a medium Vege pizza. My son was going to walk and pickup the pizza which is located in our neighborhood. When I asked for the total so I could give my son the right amount the total was $ 51.50. It took me a minute to process after I hung phone up, my husband asked how much and was questioning me if I ordered added drinks, salads etc. I called back and asked for the breakdown Large Sausage, pepperoni pizza $ 24.50 Medium Vege Pizza $ 26.50 To my surprise, I asked why so much for a medium Vege Pizza the young girl on phone said they had recently increased there prices by 6%- I then questioned if the ingredients were all GMO or Organic and she seemed to not know what type or quality of ingredient they where serving. I asked to speak with the Manager and I knew it was going to be a defensive conversation because I could hear the young girl explaining to her why I was calling. The end result is the manager basically said«this is what we charge for a medium Vege pizza.» I believe the manager knows they are over charging the people in Talega because they have money but Hello not all of us are Millionares here and we are now paying attention to #BallParkSC over charging for everything on there menu. So I called other great quality pizza places in the area this is what I found. #BallParkSC $ 26.50 with Tax Medium Vege pizza Ball Park San Juan(different owners) Medium Vege Pizza $ 24.30 with tax #Selma’sPizza Medium Vege Pizza $ 20.47 with Tax #Sonny’sPizza Medium Vege Pizza $ 17.20 with Tax. #Zpizza Vege Medium pizza $ 19.50 with Tax #PizzaPort Vege medium pizza $ 20.25 So hopefully the manager of #BallparkSc realizes this: your pizza is not that great to charge so much, yes it’s good but it’s not great nor is it Organic. #Ballparksc Please talk to your owners and readjust your over priced Pizza. I learned for every one person who says something Good or bad 300 people hear about it. I live a walk away from #BallparkSc but will now go somewhere else than support a Pizza place that over chargers their patrons because they feel like they can.

The family and I get pizza from here fairly often. The pizza is good, reasonably priced and the kids love the atmosphere. We have always had great service from the employees. People complain about the noise level, it’s no different than any other place with lots of kids having fun. Try this place on a Sunday, it’s a little slower, they have local brews on tap and lots of tv’s!

Best pizza I’ve had in San Clemente! I ordered a veggie pizza and everything was so fresh. The pizza was delicious and the employees are super friendly! They even opened the doors for me when I got there a little after closing so I could pick up my pizza ;) Will definitely be going back.

Tried for the first time yesterday for a quick dinner. Very bright and shiny décor, lots of wide screen TVs, video game corner keeps the kids occupied. Excellent choice of draught beer on tap, unexpected delight, had a very good IPA. All too often family-oriented pizza parlors think Bud Light and Coors will suffice, but not here… Bravo for that! We ordered a large pizza, half sausage/pepperoni and half mushroom/peppers. Meat had the right bite of spice to it, vegetables were very fresh. Sauce was better than we expected, nice flavor without being sweet. They pile the cheese on here, so keep that in mind when ordering, you may want to ask them to lighten up on the cheese volume a bit if you like your pizza that way. All in all, a very good experience, nice family-friendly pizza place, east to get to, easy to park, easy on the wallet, too.

this pizza outlet continues to surprise me. while the tomato sauce is on the sweet side for me, it’s still good. The toppings I’ve sampled, from fresh basil and garlic were fine, the pepperoni while presliced? was very good. The atmosphere… kids, kids, and more kids. Loud and louder. all good! Beer, some good brews at low prices, wine, hey it’s a pizza place. GLUTENFREE shell… nobody is as good, including our really good homemade!!! Went in yesterday, asked if open on Memorial Day, since out of town guests asked for pizza, no not open,(I’m glad), Amber provides cold pies with screens and instructions for home cooking. And, she brought the pies to Barnoa, win-win.Finally, Talega is approaching a bit of its potential! Thanks for being in business in our community.

Here we go again, as I sit here eat one of the best pizzas I evere had I look at the Unilocal reviews. Wouldn’t you know it, misery seeks company once again. I really dont understand how anyone could give this place a bad rating other than a jealous competitor. The food is awesome. No bs, but possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean. Not sure what else you’d want but definitely a 5 star joint

So bummed! After First Class pizza closed, Talega has been hoping for a good pizza place to open up. We thought Ball Park may be the answer. Where’s the passion? Frozen dough and toppings that are pre sliced and from a bag??? Don’t tell me those perfect little sausage balls are real. I met the owner, who seemed very nice and her place was very busy on a Friday night… That’s opportunity. Beer selection was good– video games for the kids so the dads can drink beer is great… Now just make good pizza. Pizza is better at Romano’s and less expensive from your freezer. Abondanza!

Ballpark pizza is going to be a great restaurant to watch grow into their new space. We went there a second time and were very pleased with the improvements we saw over the first time we went. Even the first time was totally hospitable fun and warm just a bit loud, this time you can See and hear the effort they are going to as install custom acoustic panels. It is a wonderful family-friendly pizza destination. We just had a team party there in the kids had so much fun. We really enjoyed frequenting family owned companies in town. I would recommend this to any family. San Clemente teams it is a nice alternative for team gatherings.

I saw this Ball Park Pizza arriving and been waiting for them to open like I could wait for the new Iphone! :-) The team is amazingly friendly and fast and their pizza(I only tried 2: pepperoni and pepperoni/sausages) are excellent. Great addition to the center and I wish them all the success they deserve!!!

It’s been less than a week since opening day and I’m slightly embarrassed to say that I’ve eaten their pizza on five different occasions. The first day I had their Matador pizza… Thin crust, chopped veggies, slightly spicy… Super good! Since then I’ve stuffed my face with a variety of toppings… Fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, jalapeños, pepperoni, onions, and always extra sauce… All options delivered. Each time I washed it down with a craft beer on draft. Stone brewing owes these guys a big thanks as their beers dominate the menu. Nice!!! Needless to say, I’m very happy to have them in the neighborhood. Now it’s your turn to give them a try. #rundontwalk

I went to Ball Park Pizza today and i loved it, I had ‘The Cilantro’ gourmet pizza and it was awesome … And Hennipin on draft? say whaaaaat?! The crust isnt too thick or too thin, and it isnt soggy. As a buisness they are smart to open up a restaurant that caters more to the Talega demographic. There isnt anything more that talagan’s want than to have a place they can eat quick and easy food. and a place where their kids can take acrobatic stunts off the stairs and swim in the fountain yay! Only down side is they dont have that shoot the basketball game where the rim moves, that game is dope.

I was fortunate enough to score a spot for a haircut @ «Sanctuary by Cha,» just across the way, literally. As I was waiting, I looked out through the window and there it was, «Ball Park Pizza.» Huh, wha’… A Ball Park Pizza here?! When did this happen… Cha said my timing was perfect, today was their grand opening: Sept. 2, 2014. Store Front — Ah, now my dilemma… So, whatever plans I had today were now going to be either canceled or delayed all in thanks to Ball Park’s Pizza Sandwich!(Sigh) It just had to be done, THIS pizza sandwich just can not be denied.(I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.) Photo — My quest for the«Ultimate Pizza Sandwich.» To find a restaurant that offers a pizza sandwich is rare, to find a place that makes a good one, even more so. ‘Ever since Round Table Pizza stopped offering their own version a while back…(‘A real, long while back.) I’ve always been on the look out for a good, solid, open faced, pizza sandwich, the search is over. Pizza Sandwich(Detail) — I was frist introduced to Ball Park Pizza by a friend of mine at their Laguna Niguel location in December of 2009 and ever since have been a huge advocate of this awesome oven baked, sandwich… «My name is DJ Park, and I’m a Ball Park Pizza Sandwich addict going on five years now.»(‘And ten plus pounds.) ‘And for the grazers, green leafy eaters/healthy folk… There’s a very nice salad bar available as well. Photo — The restaurant has a nice airy layout, there’s a kids arcade/play area too. Arcade Area — As I walked in, I took a quick survey of the inside, spacious, clean, I really liked the color palette, soft yellow, orange, aqua blue, and white, very welcoming and bright. Dining Area — I was greeted by Kim, who asked if I needed any help or had any questions… «Thank you, not right now, I’m just taking in the new location.» Then, I proceeded to gush to her about their pizza sandwich… Now, fast forward 20 minutes later after talking with Amber H., one of the owners for this newest location, I was ready to order. My default 3 topping, pizza sandwich usually consists of linguica, sausage, jalapeños, and of course extra sauce. Unfortunately, linguica was not on the menu… ‘But one can always hope!(Crossing fingers & toes) Toppings: Pepperoni, sausage & jalapeños; extra sauce; sans linguica ’Still a good pizza sandwich, could’ve been«mo’ bettah.» The toppings spread was a bit inconsistent. What surprised me even more was that it was made by this guy, who was none too friendly AND come to find out, he’s one of the co-owners as well.(*See photo below) «This guy…» — Really… IT’S THEGRANDOPENING… ‘And his lackadaisical attitude was a bit odd, in addition to making a halfhearted pizza sandwich, go figure?(Shrugs) «Hashtag — baditude» Verdict: Pizza Sandwich — BP Laguna Niguel, FTW!(Solid; consistent; no skimping allowed) ‘And do not forget the pizzas! The first time I ordered a pizza from Ball Park Laguna Niguel, I was a bit ambitious with the toppings resulting in a very thick, soggy pizza. Now, keep in mind, it can be a bit on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for here. However, I have to admit, that I have a tendency to go for the pizza sandwich. After all, pizza sandwiches are an uncommon find on the menu… ‘Especially great ones! If you’ve never had a pizza sandwich with the exception of the frozen entrée from your neighborhood COSTCO, do yourself a favor & try this one. — «You can thank me later.» I wish Amber H., her colleagues, & the Ball Park Pizza team nothing but success at this newest location! Photo — It looks like stopping by here just may be a new tradition whenever I’m in the area to get my haircut @ «Sanctuary by Cha,» another awesome spot! Sanctuary by Cha — «Pizza & a perm,» sounds like an 80’s punk band! — Big Aloha, DJ Food: 3+(The«partner» needs to step his game up.) True story. Ambiance: 3 Service: 4 Value: 3
