If I could give 0 stars, believe me I would. When this shop first opened, I absolutely loved it. They had great prices, friendly staff, and were always very helpful. My friends and I made friends with the owner, always had a good time, and it always had great vibes. But over the last few years, their quality has gone in the toilet. I won’t give all of my experiences, but I will give the most recent.
As of a little while back, they began selling e-​cigs. My girlfriend went into the store one day after getting screwed over by the place a few doors down. She explained that she had an e-​cig but that they never carried replacement coils, which is kind of important. The sales associate showed her their tank options because they did not carry coils for the tank she had. They assured her that the one they were selling her would always have replacements.
Well here we are, not even 2 months later, and they don’t have them. Surprise surprise. And they were trying to sell her another tank that they would «always have replacements for. I don’t know what kind of sucker you take me for, but I won’t fall for that twice. Fool me once, right? The associate was also incredibly rude when he explained to us that they have never even sold the product we were looking for! I do not appreciate being lied to by a company with shady business practices.
Regardless, this place is not the store we all once knew and loved, and that makes me very sad. If they continue to run their business in this manner, they will be gone very quickly. They have definitely lost me as a customer.

My friend and I had a similar experience as others. My friend bought some items off of an ex employee from this shop, his name is Andrew from PB phone number 9 492 127 991. They turned out to be counterfeit and when I called the shop about it, they said they didn’t carry the items. I would like to believe them if I didn’t see another review alleging the same things.

I love this place, every time I stop by the shop I interact with the coolest people behind the counter and really reasonable prices. The employees are super rad people and the atmosphere in the shop is always mellow. stop by

I had a very bad experience in dealing with this shady business. They sell garbage that breaks after the first use (I came back 1 hour later to show them where the poor engineering was at fault). I was even told I’m not the first person this has happened too, and the fact that they have a 0 return/​Refund policy knowingly selling these cheap products BUYER BEWARE! I will never step foot in there again, especially since I talked to the manager and he had the audacity to blame me for not knowing how to open a jar. This is a very poorly run operation and whoever is in charge of purchasing should think quality before making such large margins ripping people off.
