If I could rate this place less than one star I would. Their workers are rude and unhelpful. I bought a mod from this shop and went back minutes later due to an issue with it leaking. The worker pretty much called me a liar and that they couldn’t confirm anything. After I calmly tried to tell him I just need help he continued to raise his voice and yell at me saying he doesn’t care what we buy because he gets paid anyways. I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from here…

I purchased a banger here that was sold as quartz but was actually glass. It cracked in about 1 day. They said and I quote «my boss says it’s quartz then it is, you don’t know how to use a banger» well actually I’ve owned few and I do very well know how to use one. He then proceeded to puff up his chest and lean over the counter screaming for me to punch him? Ok???
This experience was with the Asian clerk that has a very down syndrome looking head and face shape.

I have been to this place a couple of times since the ownership changed hands and not much had changed. That is, until something went wrong. I bought a domeless nail that was really poor quality metal and it expanded and contracted a ton, breaking a pipe. No big deal, it happens. I didn’t want him to replace the glass that broke or anything, just credit the old, faulty nail towards a new one. After him telling me I was using it wrong, and offering condescendingly to explain to me «how to use a pipe, too,» I told him that I had been shopping there for years with Ferris and Louie and this was a total bummer.
He then told me «You don’t put food on my plate.»
Which is when I decided that I should never deal with them again, especially if they are pawning off that poor quality metal as titanium, then refusing to do anything about it when they’re called out. Inner Limits down the street is a much better shop with a much better selection, and a knowledgeable staff that seems to care. I’m done with this place. Such a bummer after coming for so many years and having such a good experience with the old owners.

I can only speak of the cigars here. Last owners kept humidor, and thus cigar, s in great shape. A couple weeks ago I bought a cigar and I noted to the person there that the cigars seemed a bit stiff and they should check the humidity. Went home and smoked the 11.99 dried out stick I had just bought. Went back yesterday and after feeling some cigars, realized they were again hard as a rock. Found the hydrometer and was, get this, 35%! Perhaps 70−75% would work better in our dry climate here in SC. Beware, unless you need expensive kindling.

Went in to go say hi to an old friend who USED to own the place. As I walked in I found this shop was under new ownership! The two young gentleman were very curtious and professional, so I noticed where pipes, domes, nails etc. Used to be were now displays of vapes and juices (though there selection of pipes and bongs and accessories is not at all compromised). I decided to take a look and the two gentlemen were the greatest! Usually when you go in vape lounges you’re lucky to be acknowledged much less «served upon». I felt priortized and important (no attitude, no trreating me like I’m dumb). So needless to say customer service A+. I bought a couple bottles of vape juice and the product was excellent as well. It’s unfortunate these guys aren’t located in Costa mesa where I live.

I was stoked to find this place, since they sell Al Fahker and went back frequently, only to find limited selection each time. I was told I could request flavors, which I did a few times but they never were never on the shelves when I went back. Inconsistent at best.
