McDonald’s

I come here once in a while because it’s next to my job and I always wait longer than I should for my meals. The service is fair and the pieces are good. However, the lines are way too long for fast food.

Don’t know even know where to begin. This is the worst location. Time and time again they ALWAYS mess up my order. They either get it completely wrong or forget items. Last night for example I ordered an apple pie, pulled up to the window and they told me they didn’t have any apple pie and offered me a blueberry pie so I said yeah okay. Comes back to the window and tells me they don’t have blueberry so they offered me cookies and I said yeah okay. They asked me what type and I said chocolate chip is fine, come home and find out they gave me sugar cookies instead. Hahaha. Ridiculous !

Just went through the drive thru to order here. Pulled up to the speaker and (Dylon) greets me with «yeah?» So I let that slide and ordered while he kept saying «that it?» Pulled up to the window and I asked if they were busy (since there was no one else in the drive thru) and he said yeah. Handed me my food all upside down in the bag. Then I asked his name and said he was extremely rude and he told me «fu*k you too buddy» I’ll be talking to the manager after this review. Thank Dylon.

This USED to be our stopping place between SD and LA. After this experience, no more.
Morning stop: Got order to-​go. Ordered Pancakes and milk for my infant son. When we were on the road, we discovered the milk was out of code. We called to inform them they were giving out bad milk. They said thanks for letting them know and offered to replace it.
Evening stop on the way home: We returned the milk for exchange and they made a big deal about it being hot. It was in the car all day while we were at «the park» and it was already bad anyway. At least we had the unused product and receipt. in addition, the ice dispenser was covered with a black mold. We extracted a sample and showed an employee. They didn’t put up a sign or send anyone out immediately to remedy the hazard. Customers continued to draw ice. We tried to warn a few. We never saw anyone come out to clean while we ate our food. If something that visible is covered in mold, hate to see what I can’t see.
Had to make a nausea stop on the remaining drive home. Not sure if from food or sheer disgust. We will be finding another stop for future trips.

Free samples were offered from a friendly employee. I needed to charge my laptop, again friendly reply and a comfortable seat. The a/​c is kicking on a hot day. Everyone in here customers and staff are smiling. Love that they have diet dr pepper.

Although they state they close their dining hours to 12am. I arrived here 30 mins early for a restroom break. And I ask why they closed before 12am the LADY who was wearing white said, «it’s closed cause I say it’s closed.» How rude. who eats this gross fake meat that gets people sick?

Drive thru at 1am coming back from TJ stopped by for some coffees. First we ordered a mc flurry guy said there’s non ice cream then we ask for a caramel frapp and a iced coffee. Saying «we don’t have Iced coffee» like wth. Ok so we order an apple pie he said last one man. Ok? … Good thing I won’t be coming here ever again BAD SERVICE

You know why I like McDonalds when you’re on a trip?
Their food is consistent.
Their coffee is good.
Last, but certainly not least, they have FREE WIFI!!!
This location seemed new and clean. Easy on/​off from the freeway.

I was on a road trip looking for an early morning breakfast at 4am and this place fit the bill. I wondered how in the world a McDonald’s could have 2 stars (there was another that was not 24 hours with 4 stars). Well, we went through the drive through and our order was taken by a abnormally perky person for that time of the morning. Got our food, fresh hash browns (score!!) and we were on our way! Well upon first bite into my sausage mc muffin, I realized how stale it was. I mean how long was that thing sitting out for? Blehhhh gross. Still ate it since I was hungry but probably won’t be going there in the early morning hours anymore.

I don’t think they even deserve one star.

Apparently, the employee who put together my order cannot count to 4. My chicken nuggets mini meal only had 3 chicken nuggets. Lesson learned: check your order before you leave.

Went here for some admittedly late night drunk food, and… they messed my order up. Like every other time. McFlurry was good, but how hard is it to understand «no pickles, no mayo.» Oh well.

If I could I would make this review no stars! My kids were hungry driving home to San Diego so I stopped here. BIG MISTAKE. The restaurant is DIRTY. I witnessed more than 10 employees just standing there while the tables were dirty and their were napkins and utensils on the floor. After being there for 20 minutes someone finally came out to grab the trays only to step over the napkins and go on her merry way. An older gentlemen moved the trash to the side so that he didn’t slip.
My kids do not drink soda so I asked for two cups of water for them. They gave me SUNDAE cups. No, not a kids cup, or a clear small cup or a small cup, a SUNDAE cup. When my son was on his second drink even before I had finished ordering I asked for a bigger cup. The girl said they had to charge me for the cup. I asked for the mgr and he said I can get a cup for $ 1 and drink as much as I wanted. I looked at him dumbfounded. I had never had to pay for a cup for water. So I asked for bottled water and that was $ 1. I looked at him and told him how can you charge one dollar for a freaking cup when they sell bottled water for $ 1? He just gave me a stupid look.
Our filet of fish came with a ¼ of a cheese and when I went back up to get a new one the same manager looked at me as if I was asking for too much.
They have no regards for customer service, their food and their establishment. DO NOT EAT HERE!

As far as McDonalds go, this is s good one. Friendly service, clean restaurant. I only eat here for breakfast as I think McDonalds does a good job on breakfast at a good price. The breakfast food is good and the coffee is fresh. I love the hot cakes.

One star for not being able to get an order right. Maybe McDonald’s can invest in reading comprehension classes for their employees.

Hey I have to say coming from east coast must really make you appreciate mcyd’s like this one. The customer service at the drive up is so pleasant. They always ask how your doing and address you buy name when you use your card. And they always seem to be in good moods. It sure beats the cashier who slams there windows in your face and loudly talk about people like they do in the east. Every time I come here I am always greeted with a smile and lite convo. Good people! good service! Kudos to you, this should be a model store on customer service!

Great location for a McDonalds. Last time I went through their drive-​thru I had to wait to get my food because they had to make it fresh. Staff was very polite.

Extremely bad review!
When I was there yesterday (April 27, 2014 around 650pm) I had walked into the restroom and I had witnessed an employee walk out of the bathroom stall and directly out of the restroom… WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! I followed him where walked behind the counter and began to touch the ice cream cones with his bare hands. Never going to stop here or at any other Mc Donald’s. Hope all of you customers enjoy your food. I’ll enjoy my food elsewhere.

Well what can I say. We decided to stop because my son decided that he needed to use the restroom. So this is how we ended up here. Close to the freeway. Unfortunately there bathrooms are horrible. Toilet paper everywhere. Toilet not flushing and only one stall worked. Unbelievable, I believe since they are so close to the freeway exit the would assume that it would be I’m their best interest to have clean and both stalls functioning. Luckily we just came for a quick bite and hopefully we will not need to come back here again. Can’t complain about the food. Come on now it’s a McDonald. Food was warm when we received it.
