The food here is consistent, but over the past few visits the quantity of food and service is lack luster. Example was our experience tonight where they literally put three pieces of chicken in our kids meal. Then acted annoyed when I pointed that out and asked nicely for more. The people behind the counter act as if they genuinely hate their jobs and cannot seem to count correctly when asked for additional items. Overall, very disappointed to see the quality of the service and the appropriate quantity of food offered going quickly downhill. I sincerely hope that management takes notice as they will rapidly lose loyal customers.

I would give zero stars showed up at 9:25 since there hours say 10pm and doors are locked and employees said they closed early cause it was slow! So disappointed change your hours 9pm if your closing early!

My neighborhood panda. Always tasty. Though it usually gets packed and they are sometimes extremely understaffed.

True your hours say 930, but try to call it in or order online after 9 and you’re screwed! You’re limited to white rice and brown rice ONLY… wtf? Who runs a business like this?

Great Panda Express! I come here often and am not disappointed! Today I was served by a guy named Daniel in a green shirt(assume that means manager) very professional service in a nice environment

For a chain restaurant, the food is good. Good selection of food — Orange Chicken and Kung Pao are my favorites. I go with my kids and they like the bowls — come with rice and an entre. The price is fairly inexpensive for what you get. I like the two item combo that also comes with rice. I knock this location down a bit as the staff isn’t friendly — no smiles, no hello when you get there. Not a happy or friendly bunch. Also, the dining room was pretty dirty when we were there. I counted 5 empty tables that were dirty with food or empty food containers. No one who worked there seemed concerned to keep it clean.

Wow. I love Panda Express but this place is a nightmare! As soon as I walked in the employee says«What do you want?» In a rude tone. He then give me 4 tiny pieces of chicken with my meal. He also doesn’t give me any fortune cookies. He is also bothered at the fact that I looked at my food with confusion. Horrible service. Will not be returning!

Came here to get lunch and it never disappoints. I love panda no matter the location. :) I liked that when I got there, it wasn’t packed and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I just got the bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. The guy helping was super friendly, asked if I wanted to sample anything and told me to have an awesome day. Definitely will be back.

This is the perfect place for a quick nutritious meal(if you get steamed veggies and non-deep fried entrees) that’s easy on the pocketbook. Great when everyone wants something different. Reliable and economical.

This has been my go-to place for lunch for years. The staff changes but the service does not. I find the food is of consistent quality and have never experienced slow or rude employees. Realizing it is fast food you do get what you pay for. The only negative is that they consistently ask if the $ 1.25 up charge on the shrimp dishes is OK and if I would like to donate tho their cause.

I love panda express… but damn this place barely gives you any meat. It’s not going to stop me from coming back but jesus… part of the reason you go to panda is because they hook you up like crazy! not this place though

Food was good, service was hot garbage!!! The broad by the name of Jeanette was an unpleasant wench. Yelling at her customers for no reason like a school lunch lady. She needs to get a different job NOT in customer service. Not going to this location again because of her.

I usually like Panda Express when I’m trying to get my fix for American Chinese food but the service here sucks. One of the employees there skimp out on all the dishes there and is unpleasant while helping out customers.

My favorite was the Beijing Beef, but lately it’s always super dry– not enough sauce, and badly burnt. Inedible.

Panda recently switched their rice in the Fried Rice side dish to brown rice to make it healthier. I know this has caused a lot of people to be upset. I personally enjoy the nutrition of the brown rice and like the taste/consistency. I normally eat at the Panda in Aliso Viejo, but was in the area around lunch time and decided to go here. It was somewhat busy as it was lunchtime, but the rice was kind of wet and soggy as if it had been sitting in the pan too long or wasn’t drained enough before completing the dish. I was less than impressed with that. The orange chicken was excellent as usual though.

They give you very small portion compared with other Panda Express. You will get about 2⁄3 of what you should get. But always with a SMILE… DONOTBUYFOODFROMTHISPLACE.

I don’t understand the negative reviews for this Panda. It’s really as good as they get(for better or worse I’ve been to a lot of them). I live right down the road from this one, so I stop by at least a few times a month for a quick take out dinner. The service is always friendly and the lines are usually relatively short. If you’re an intense Asian cuisine fan, this isn’t the place for you, but if you’re looking for some pretty decent American-style Chinese takeout, you won’t be disappointed. The ingredients are fresh, and unlike a lot of Chinese takeout, the entrees haven’t been sitting around in warming dishes all day. You’d think the ordering here would be a simple procedure, but on occasion I’ve seen people get a little confused and frustrated while ordering, so here’s a quick lesson: 1) get in line, 2) start with your side dish. You have a choice of white rice, fried rice, or chow mein, OR a combination of fried rice and chow mein. 3) Now on to the entrée. You may select one or two entrees(if you select one, they briefly try to upsell you to two. Stick to your guns). Now pay. Simple no? But for whatever reason this sometimes confuses people, plus since the workers are usually Chinese, there can be a bit of a language barrier.

I used to come here all the time during highschool and never really enjoyed it. Then I went to a panda express in a different city and found out why. The food tastes worse and they give you less food. Service wasn’t too good either.

I think that Panda Express is the best fast food Chinese takeout for the price. I love the variety of entrees and the portions are so generous that usually my husband and I can both eat off a 2-entrée plate. Plus, the flavor is great, the food is fresh and I can always plan on getting my food quickly. The only drawback is that the new dishes being introduced are usually spicy or firey and I don’t like spicy food.
