The clothing and jewelry are unusual and very pretty. I would have given a rating of 5 stars for the merchandise alone. I was very disappointed in the fact that 3 of us in our 60s were shopping for quite a long time and when I asked to use the restroom I was told to walk down the street to a courtyard. When I did so, I was not able to use the restroom as it was for use by restaurant patrons only. The woman in Sunny Days did not seem surprised when I returned to join my friends and told her that. She still refused to let me use the restroom. I understand that they can’t offer facilities to the public in a beach community but we hadn’t just walked in off the street. It was unsettling and embarrassing.

I went to Fresh Produce today to purchase a Vera Bradley Travel Bag I saw in the window… the customer service was TOP NOTCH! It was apparent that the lovely lady working today truly enjoyed her job. There was about 5 ladies in the store when I arrived and she provided great GENUINE service to each and everyone of us.
