Kind of a glorified in-​office cafeteria, but everything was good. Great prices, BLT was excellent, baked goods are fresh. Great coffee too.

Good food, fast service, excellent prices, friendly service. I go here at least once a week. Super lucky it’s in my building.

1010 Café is great for a quick bite in the morning when I’ve clearly forgotten to eat breakfast and have a million things to do! They are also great for a quick lunch. Everything on the menu is great, and I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, yet to be disappointed. The staff is friendly, but understanding of the rush most people are in when working in a busy office complex. I appreciate everyone who works there, as they work hard to make every experience great! I went there once because it is convenient, but I keep coming back because it’s reliably and economically a great place!

I just started working in downtown and eating at 1010 Caffe daily and they’ve been outstanding. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and hospitable, especially Shay. Their deluxe bagel breakfast sandwich is my go to.

I’ve been coming here before it was 1010 Caffe and it was In-​Town Deli. Located at the basement of 1010 Executive complex this Deli is affordable, delicious and extremely quick with orders.
They use good quality meats and cheeses, and their bacon taste real. I believe they use boar’s head products? But anyway their menu has vastly improved from when it was previously In-​Town.
Their flamin’ chicken sandwich is a definite go-​to here. It’s a spicy chicken fillet sandwich that taste god-​sent. This morning I had their three egg breakfast, 3 over easy cooked correctly and came with 2 slices of cantaloupe, watermelon, 2 bacon and scrumptious toast. It had the best crispy with my drizzling yolk. all for about $ 6 after tax. Not a bad deal.

The sandwiches are WAY, WAY too wimpy and small. And the prices? WAY, WAY too expensive. There are better options just around the corner.

Love going to 1010 caffe. The food is good, and everyone is always friendly. Shay is my favorite person to go to whenever I come in. Can’t wait to come back soon, when I’m in town. =)

What a hidden gem! The lunch is great, like homemade sandwiches and wraps, great ingredients. Agree that it is a little pricey for what you get, but when you walk in knowing it’s delicious you make peace with that. Breakfast is unbelievable, really nice people too.

This place is in my building so I would be a more frequent visitor if they did a few things differently.
The positives:
1. Their coffee is good.
2. The breakfast is pretty good, especially the bagels and toppings.
3. Their soups are homemade and good.
4. They offer lots of snacks and beverages to choose from.
The negatives:
1. Their sandwiches are sub-​par. They are tiny and expensive. For $ 7 I can go across the street to Grab&Go and get one twice as big.
2. Their salads are okay, but not great. Again, see my comment above about Grab&Go.
3. Some sandwiches do not come with a pickle, you have to ask for one. Seriously!!!
4. They are a bit on the pricey side, especially for what they are.
Overall, I would come to this place in a pinch, but wouldn’t want to come here on a regular basis.

I stopped in for lunch and grabbed a sandwich. The bread is excellent — it’s really fresh and that sets the tone for a great sandwich. Their coffee is good and the price is right. I’ll be coming back here again soon.

Exactly as expected.. delicious food, not pricey at all (under 5 $) code on Monday is 1 $, and their smoothies are stellar

I keep coming back almost everyday because it’s so delicious! I love their sandwiches, they have really great iced coffee, and honestly everything is so good! I highly recommend having lunch here!

Great breakfast spot downtown… I probably pick up an omelet or breakfast burrito there 1−2x per week. Great lunch specials that make my mouth water every time I go in to pick up my breakfast.

Excellent food and quick too! Comfy, quiet atmosphere makes for a great escape from the hussle-​bustle of Downtown. Free Wi-​Fi is a great plus! Big screen TV usually showing the local news. Friendly staff makes me feel right at home.
The new owners re-​modeled and made the place look great! Clean and spacious.
