Has all you need. Fast food, happy hour, grocery for regular people. Groceries for health nut people. Bank, place to get haircuts, place to get stuff for your house and beyond. Has a iron horse sculpture and small water feature. Today it had a young chick in a dark blue Maserati. I don’t think she won the lottery. Here’s the confusion. If someone gives you directions it’s «4-S» not«forest» so don’t get frustrated if you’re lost in an industrial park looking for fresh air surrounded by trees and greenery. You will be disappointed to not find a forest. The name makes no sense. I’m sure it has some meaning and makes complete sense to the community. Most San Diegans aren’t too familiar since the name is hardly ever advertised. 4S is located within RB. A forest is not within RB. This strip mall 4S Commons is. Is «4S» a common name? A number and a letter for a name. Odd. Sounds more like Battle Ship coordinates. You’ll feel like a Gump when you discover its not a box of chocolates and it’s 4S not forest. These shops cater to the well to do and lots of engineers from foreign countries. That’s kind of cool

4S Commons Town Center has good, but not great options for this well-to-do housing community. I used to order lunch at Jimbos when I worked in the area. Not much has changed over the years, maybe a larger sit-down restaurant or two coming and going. A little surprised that the food options are not a little more upscale. Napizza, the newest casual restaurant here is the shining star. Love that place. The Winners — Napizza Karl Strauss Jimbos Wendy’s The Losers — Parking /Pedestrians. You need to be on your game when driving here. Cars weaving in and out, and people walking through the parking lot without any care.
