Steve and team did a wonderful job moving my Yamaha Upright P22. He’s a true professional and a true leader. The entire move took less than 30 minutes going from a bottom location up to a 2nd floor condo. Space was limited but Steve and team pulled it off with safety in mind. A successful move with no injuries to man nor piano.
One star deduction for Steve failing to confirm our appointment. I had to call him twice for confirmation. Not a good thing for a new customer to go through given there had been no prior experience of working with him.
Another star deduction for being late given a 2 hour window. In addition, I was not able to leave for lunch due to the uncertainty of his arrival. (12−2pm)
Price is competitive so I’d rate him 3.5 stars.

What a great experience! Steve was was quick and obviously very experienced. He was even able to do my move the same day in the timeframe that was promised. Used a different company a few months ago and will never use anyone but this company again.

Fast, efficient crew. Very conscientious. They were in and out in 20 minutes and even performed a minor repair on one of the piano legs. Highly recommended!

Steve and his crew were super helpful, quick to respond and did a great job moving our piano. They put it out of the way for the few weeks we needed it out of the living room and on its side, and I would highly recommend them for their fast, quality work.

Great local business in a niche market and I plan to use this service again in the future.
A Piano Movers San Diego are personable, friendly, and communicated any changes in time with advanced notice so I could plan my day accordingly.
I would say that my wife and I decided to go with professional piano movers because 1) They specialize and have the knowledge of how to handle moving pianos
2) Pianos are really heavy
3) They have the proper tools and equipment to ensure your piano is moved correctly.
4) If you drop your own piano — you are SOL my friend!
If you are too cheap to hire this service and have it done the right way and do not care much about the sound and your piano staying in tune, then I would say STOP reading this NOW and pick up it up yourself. You pay for what you get.

I was planning to move my upright piano and realized that I was in over my head. I called Steve and he fit me in at the end of his day. As other reviews have said, he was very thoughtful in keeping me posted on when they would arrive. They treated my piano with care and were thorough in placing the piano in the truck. I would use them again for my next piano. and highly recommend them for your move.
