Aaron Brothers Art and Framing

Rosemarie (one of the managers in training, I believe) made my life so much easier. I brought in a portrait that had been given to me when my daughter sat for an art class. It was a very nice portrait, but since I rec’d it as a gift, did not want to spend hundreds of dollars for custom framing. I asked Rosemarie if she could help me find something in the ready made section, that would be economical. When I gave her license to use her artistic design abilities to assemble the frame/​mat packaging for me, she came to life. It was clear that she is truly working in an activity of her passion. She quickly put together a mat and frame, after critically evaluating 2 or 3 choices, and sent me on my way with a package under $ 70. The large selection of mats and frames was overwhelming to me. I so much appreciated Rosemarie simply doing the job for me. She also provided wonderful advice for the framing of the pastel original. (I ended up bringing it back in for them to put together for me. Rosemarie, was once again my service provider. She sent everything back to the framing dept with detailed, clear instructions for assembling the product, as well as ID #‘s for the frame and mat — just to be sure there was no mix up.) If you want exceptional service at this store, ask for Rosemarie. (I don’t know any of the other folks there, but she’s a star.)
