I had a lovely rejuvenating facial with Michelle. She gave the best treatment with massage and some energy work too. The product lines are great and she knows them very well so you’ll be sure to find the right product for your skin. If you’re into taking care of yourself and treating yourself right go see her for a signature facial.

Absolute Skin is great for both women and men. Michelle has her own product line in addition to exotic European natural products that seem to be of very high quality. She is a natural skin care pro. Seeing is believing.

I had to write a Great review for this Spa, Michelle is an Angel! the best facials I have ever had, I have been a loyal customer over 20 years and I just realized I could write a review about this hidden treasure!
Michelle has made my skin look at least 20 years younger, I am a living proof of her magic!!!
I now bring my 14 year old daughter to her for acne facial, she also has beautiful skin, I recommend to start young and keep a routine, at least once a month.
I also buy Michelle’s absolute miracle cream is the BEST!!!
I am so happy to let everyone know what a Great place Absolute Skin and Body is, my foutain of youth!

I used to go to Michelle for waxing and facials religiously eons ago back in the day when she was still in Banker’s Hill. I was in South Park recently and saw her salon which prompted me to write a review, which is way overdue. Michelle is such a great person with a good energy. She would always make sure I was comfortable (despite getting my hairs ripped out). I remember always feeling tranquil and relaxed when I would be in her place. I ended up getting laser hair removal so didn’t need the waxing anymore, but am thinking of coming back in for a facial.

Absolute Skin is by far the best kept secret of South Park, if not all of San Diego. Please don’t let the smallness of the location scare you. Michelle is absolutely amazing. Her services are way above most, truly remarkable!

Michelle makes everyone welcome when you walk in the door to Absolute Skin. And although I have not had a facial from her (yet), I go to Absolute Skin for laser hair removal. Yes! She has registered doctors and nurses come twice a month if you need that Botox lift or hair removal. For 6 treatment sessions in which they let you pay per visit (and not lump sum), you too can be hairless. No more ten o’clock shadows in the pits from shaving daily. I noticed hair loss after three treatments. I can now sunbathe with my arms up. I’m ready for my next round of treatments…

I had a lovely experience with Michelle getting the signature facial. I will definitely be back. Very relaxing & my skin has not looked better. Fast forward 1 week after my facial I am putting on makeup in the gym locker room and a random lady stops me and says «wow– your skin is so beautiful– i thought you had makeup on already»… Thank you Michelle!

The Best Facial I have ever had. Absolute is a quiet get away from all stress. You can totally relax in this tranquil environment. Michelle is the most knowledgeable and experienced skin care therapist I have ever met. She is extremely intuitive and know exactly what make my skin look it’s very best. I love the Dermalogica products she uses. Her waxing is the fantastic too! A must to check out!

I want to take this opportunity to Rave about Michelle at Abolsute Skin! I have been working with Michelle off and on for about 1 year and her sessions are always absolutely fabulous! She has *amazing* hands that radiate heat, not only do I receive a wonderful fascial, I also leave feeling like I have received an incredible hands on healing!
Having experienced a number of fasicals over the years, it is very easy for me to share that Michele is an amazing healer!

I went here for a Signature Facial the first time a few weeks ago, and I’ll be back for more. Love it… Michelle was fantastic. Extractions are painful to begin with but she was soothing as she popped, prodded and poked. The mask and peel were great and overall my experience was relaxing.
Honestly, I have been getting facials for years and enjoy the spa atmosphere. The atmosphere here is quite different than what I am used to but once in the back room and getting an incredible massage, everything just melted.
I booked an appointment right after my facial and plan to be a regular. I recommended my roommate and she had Chrissy, who she said was fantastic as well. They used Dermologica, which I love and will give samples of any product they recommend.
