Absolutely Amazing Experience !!! I am 7 month pregnant and my back pain is Killing me !!! I called my insurance company to get list of approved acupuncture places they would cover. I leave in Rancho Bernardo area so was looking for something near by. I called Active Health and Alex was the one who took my call, I was trying to see someone same day because I could not stand the pain any longer, and he was able to fit me in (which I Really appreciate !!) my therapist was Great !!! I could not be more satisfied, I also got an appointment with chiropractor to adjust my back and guess what !!! Alex he is actually the owner, he offered as bonus free massage !!! Wow !!! That is Fantastic Service and great way to get loyal clients !!! I just left my second appointment where I got my free massage (it was amazing !!!) looking forward next visit !

I have been suffering from lower back pain for the last 3 years and had seeked treatment at San Diego Spine and Rehab for a 3 month duration with not much of improvement. I started going to this center and have had 4 sessions of Chiropractic adjustments so far and after the very first session my acute pain completely went away. What I really like about Dr. Kamsi is that he does not have a one size fits all treatment approach as they did in San Diego Spine and rehab. He listens to your issues and treats your symptoms based on your specific needs. He is very gentle, has excellent technique and very professional. He even set me up with 30 minutes of massage with his excellent massage therapist and I must say after each session of Massage therapy followed by his adjustment sessions, I really feel like a brand new person! My back feels great and I can’t wait to see more and more improvements as I continue my treatment with him. I highly highly recommend this Center!
