When pregnant and overdue, Dr. Hee hit the right pressure points and contractions started right away. After an airplane flight, Dr. Oslance or Dr. Hee(whoever is available) aligns me back into pain free shape. I get aligned once a month and it has relieved and healed sciatica that was causing me lifelong pain. I live in the Hillcrest area and drive all the way up to Bernardo area – why go anywhere else? The care, professionalism and family touch is worth the drive!

I love coming to Bernardo West Chiropractic. Dr. Hee is amazing. She really takes the time to know what is wrong and has the perfect touch that has changed my life. I work full time behind a desk and have sever back pain and sciatica. Not only does she adjust me to relieve pain but she has given me tips to help me heal. I am also extremely satisfied with the customer service of the ladies working at the front desk. I am always greeted with a smile. My schedule can be hectic at work and they always accommodate my schedule if I need to be seen or if I need to reschedule. **Dr.Hee also fitted me for custom orthotics which were paid almost in full by my insurance and I HIGHLY recommend asking about these on your next visit. I’ve known Hee & Oslance family for a long time. This family clinic is the most caring and professional team I know. They make sure you leave feeling satisfied with your care and truly care about their patients. They call to follow up on you when they know you’re not doing as great! The staff is friendly and courteous and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for care.

I was trying to find a new Chriopractic office to go and found this one close to my home. I was hoping for a good experience with them since they were suggested by my insurance company. Even though my insurance does not cover chriopractic care, I had to pay out of pocket for their service. I visited with Dr. Oslance and even though he is good and gave suggestions to do strecthes at home and what sleeping positions is the best, he wanted to keep seeing me 3 to 4 times a week at $ 50 a session. I am not rich and made of money to spend over $ 100 a week. Now it is time for find a different office to go to that won’t have me coming in almost everyday to be adjusted. If I am unable to find a different office to go to, I will only come back here maybe once a month or once every few months but not every day. I really don’t think you need to be adjusted everyday or every other day.

I do not live close to Rancho Bernardo, but I know I can depend upon Dr. Hee for help when I need it. She effciently diagnoses and treats. No «Come back 4 times a week» while we milk your pocketbook. Instead, she gives stretches to help the muscles learn new patterns so that the bones don’t pinch the nerves which brings you to her office. Their office is especially kind to mothers. I was a new mother and had tingling hands from nursing my son while laying on my side. She not only gave me stretches, adjusted my body and arms, but the staff helped keep my litle guy quiet within eye/earshot while I was adjusted. How many offices are helpful like that? So many times with kids, I feel like I have bothered them when I can’t get a friend or relative to watch them. The comments about the office atmosphere are irrelevant to a kind, compassionate staff. They had some reading material and a very clean environment. If you are looking for aromatherapy and flowery candles lit, go get a massage at a spa. Dr. Hee helped with my hands«as needed» which I think was only a couple times after I started doing the stretches and she is wonderful for pregnant moms who need relief from hip/sciatic pain. Kudos to someone who is helpful to pregnancy, not scared of it.

Both Dr. Hee and Dr. Oslance are very good people who do good work. They not only adjust you, but give you helpful exercises and stretches you can do on your own to feel better. Going to them regularly has greatly improved my back pain. They used to run really behind schedule but lately they’ve been very punctual. I usually only wait 5 – 15 minutes past my appointment time.

I was in a car accident a couple of months ago and started getting headaches. I headed to Bernardo West because they are on my insurance. I have been seeing Dr. Oslance and he has helped me improve greatly. No more headaches! My husband also decided to go for a sore neck and saw Dr. Hee. He only went in one time and he already has started feeling better. Not a fancy office, but I don’t think that should matter if you are going to a doctor. To me, fancy usually means expensive and not always in a good way. The office staff are also very friendly and they always call and give you a reminder about your appointment.

Awww my first chiropractic office. :) I started going here when I was in 4th grade(was diagnosed with scoliosis) and stayed with them until I graduated from high school. Dr. Hee & Dr. Oslance are really good people. Them and their staff have always been so nice to me and treated me respectfully. I was never particularly fond of their office though… perhaps they’ve changed it, but at the time the layout was kinda cramped-feeling and they always played cheesy smooth-jazz music, which I HATE. The place was always peaceful though, so that was a plus. Considering I only went to them my first 9 years in chiropractic care, I never really knew if their adjustments were good or not. I remember they helped relieve some tension & pain, but most of the time I left unsatisfied since I would still have knots in my neck or back. Now that I’m older and have been to other chiropractors, I can honestly(and unfortunately) rate them as being only so-so when it comes to adjustments & care. My current chiropractor up in Long Beach always makes sure I leave the office satisfied, even if that means re-cracking some parts of me. Dr. Hee & Dr. Oslance, on the other hand, would only do one round of cracking and if I still had pain or knots they simply told me to «ice it at home». Yeah, lame. They were, however, very helpful in teaching me some stretching techniques to help ease some of my neck tension. I have only been back to them once since I’ve been in college, and it was another dissappointing visit. They’re basically my «desperately in need of care that’s really close to my house» chiropractors, which I know is a horrible title but hey, money is tight and I need the best treatment for my messed-up back. And hey… they’ll always have a spot in my heart. :)
