Advanced Drywall and Plaster

Daniel and his team did an AMAZING job! I did not realize the mount of time and additional resources needed to complete my request. My husband and I had just purchased our first home (condo) and needed to drywall a doorway area from the kitchen, into the den area.
Daniel was able to have his team complete this project in just 4 days — with basically no notice. The project was a lot bigger than I had anticipated, and he was able to complete this so we could paint and then install carpet in a short period of time.

The area which was reconstructed looks amazing, you would never know it wasn’t a part of our original layout. His team arrived on time, cleaned up the area that where the reconstruction took place, and were very professional and friendly. I truly appreciate the work done and would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Incredibly happy with a job well done by Advanced Drywall and Plaster. My husband and I called Daniel for an estimate, which he promptly scheduled (the following day) and were pleased with his assessment of the space in which we were looking to have finished (tape, mud, sand, and texture.) Bonus — he was able to assign one of his crew members to start the work the day following the estimate! Daniel assigned Manuel to the job, who is awesome! Manuel is a true artist; he patiently and perfectly finished off the rooms which needed work and the job was done within 3 days. We couldn’t be happier with our experience hiring Advanced Drywall and Plaster and definitely recommend working with Daniel and his team.

The reviews don’t lie… great company! Daniel (the owner) quoted me a very fair price using pics I emailed him, and he stuck to it. He was able to send one of his guy’s out bright and early Saturday morning to patch and re-​texture some walls for me, and they turned out beautifully! The worker took his time and was very meticulous, and the results proved it. And he was neat and clean! I’m happy all around.

Advanced Drywall and Plaster did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the work that they did. We needed several holes patched after installing new recessed lighting and fixtures. I also wanted the ceiling skim coated and repaired which looks BEYOND amazing once the work was done and this was not an easy task given that they were working with very rough texture. Daniel was efficient and came out the next day after I contacted him to discuss the scope of the job and provided me with a fair quote same day. His crew was very nice, courteous, covered everything up, completed the job and then cleaned up afterwards.

Within 10 days of moving into our new home, we came up with the idea of knocking down part of a wall in our daughter’s room and extending it into a little «tech nook» that was adjacent. No one thought we could do it in time, but my husband had worked with Daniel before at his studio and called to see if he could help us immediately. He got there and did a beautiful job at a great price. You would never even know that the tech nook was ever there — the addition is seamless! I would definitely recommend Advanced Drywall and Plaster and will use them again if needed.

I contacted Advanced Drywall and Plaster to repair several cracks in my ceilings and to repair drywall paper that was torn from having old baseboards removed. Daniel came out to my house and gave me a free estimate that was a very fair price. Daniel also took the time to look over all of the damage to my walls and ceilings and assured me he could repair everything. I called Daniel the next week to have him begin the work on my house. Daniel’s crew was able to start the work only two days after I called him and they did an excellent job. They repaired every single crack in my ceilings and all of the drywall damage in only two days. My ceilings look brand new and there is no evidence of any old drywall damage. Advanced Drywall and Plaster delivered and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to fix cracked ceilings and/​or drywall damage. I plan to use this company again in the future to fix the cracked stucco on the exterior of my house.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Advanced Drywall performed. Being that our project was sealing up a door and doing finishes on wall scars it wasn’t necessarily the largest job but still very important for resale purposes.
Daniel contacted us after my initial request with a quote and setup a 2 day window to perform the work. The workers were quick and efficient and the project was finished in top fashion.
Other companies told us the job was just too small for their interest but Advanced Drywall took on the job and really did an excellent job. I couldn’t recommend them more highly for your home improvement needs.

This is my first Unilocal review. I rely a lot on user’s reviews from Unilocal in helping me make decisions for reliable contractors, so I decided it’s time to start reviewing. I had a broken drain pipe behind my wall which required a section of the wall to be removed. After the plumber fixed the pipe, I found Advanced Drywall and Plaster in Unilocal and text them. Daniel replied immediately and after giving him the details, he provided an estimate which I considered reasonable so I accepted his offer. An employee arrived on time and took time to cover nearby furniture and art to ensure they wouldn’t get dirty. I went upstairs while he completed the job and when he was done, the texture spray coat matched the existing texture perfectly. I was a little concerned that I could see where the repair was done, but when the wall was totally dry the next day, you couldn’t tell where the repair was done. The texture coat color matched the off white color well such that I’m not in a hurry to get the wall repainted. He vacuumed the area before leaving. Thank you Daniel.

I met with the owner, Daniel, concerning a knocked out wall that needed to be replaced. He was such a nice man, and treated me with respect even though I knew nothing about construction work. After reviewing the work, he recommended that I consider not replacing it, just clean it up as it was not a «load bearing wall». It worked great. I’m very satisfied with their work, I called them on a Friday afternoon and had to leave a message, 15min later Daniel was returning my phone call, I told him it was a small drywall repair job for my apartment and I was just comparing prices, he was very polite and promise he will get back to me with the price, I was surprised to receive his phone call the same evening with his offer, which was very competitive compare to other freelance drywall repair guys I called from craigslist, he also said he could start tomorrow morning if I needed it.

These guys are the best-​look no further! From plaster repairs, skim coating, popcorn ceiling removal, everything they do is top notch. Daniel’s crew is courteous, conscientious and clean up when they are done.
I’ve had these guys come back multiple times to skim coat our walls after we have done some remodeling and I’m amazed each time at their awesome work. This is the only company I will go with and highly recommend them.
