Still in business? I can’t get a callback to my voicemail message or a response to my email message. It’s been over a week. I’ve used this firm in the past for data recovery and it was a good process overall and cost effective but they need to be responsive. Chris and staff, pick up the telephone if you want to do business. Ridiculous! I’m moving on to a professional firm.

I’m a sole proprietor and needed help transferring all my programs and files from my old computer to my new computer. I found All Pro Support on Unilocal and took advantage of the coupon offer. Chris came out to my office and helped me transfer everything over. There was even some work we did over the phone after (with Aimee). Since I work for myself I don’t have an IT department/​person to turn to, so plan on using them in the future for help with computer issues. I was happy with the service and follow up.

I have been experiencing difficulty with my e-​mail accounts for several months and neither Road Runner nor Apple were able to fix the problem. Mr. Tierney was consulted and identified the problem immediately and had it repaired in less than ½ hour! This company is highly recommended.
