Cesar is knowledgeable and straightforward. We hired him for a commercial job and so far he is doing a great job, easy to schedule and shows up! Passed inspection too!

Patrick arrived promptly. He was polite and professional. After resolving my heater issue Patrick picked up after himself and waited a few minutes to be sure heater continued to cycle properly. Honest, efficient and courteous. I would again use All Star if the necessity arises.

Well, I called yesterday at 4:19 pm regarding a clogged drain and was told no problem. The plumber was finishing a job in Escondido and he would get right to me after that.
At 5:44 pm, I hadn’t heard anything so I called back to see if there was an estimated time. Nothing yet, but for sure for sure they would get to me today.
At 8:32 pm I called back to find out if someone was still coming. I was told that the plumber would call me. At 8:39 pm I finally got a call from the plumber saying that he was tired after a long job and would get to me tomorrow (today). We agreed that he would call me between 2:00 and 3:00 pm.
At 2:53 pm today, I call and get no answer. At 3:10 pm, he calls and says sorry he won’t be able to make it until tomorrow and maybe I should find someone else to unclog the drain.
I took time off from work for this, and haven’t been able to use the kitchen sink since yesterday afternoon. What kind of business that portrays itself as a 24 hr full service plumbing service has you wait for 23 hours to then tell you to find someone else? I could have spent all day today finding someone and have the drain cleared. Instead, I waited around for absolutely nothing.
Do yourself a favor and ignore the five star review on the Unilocal AD. Just go straight to any other company.

Cesar came out promptly and fixed our clogged pipes quickly. He answered all my questions and even explained how the pipes in our house function.
I would not hesitate to use him again when we have a plumbing issue.
