Freeway Home Inspections

Eric Munhall is my roof inspector. He is honest and wonderful! After I called him, he immediately scheduled the next day. After the roof inspection, he gave me the detailed explanations on what the roof’s life is, what the roof quality is, what the problems and locations are, how to solve and etc. The reports came to me in the next day, yet, no doubt, wonderful! Very easy to read and understandable: not only he used questions/​answers format, but also he used red ink to show the problems, very readable. He also wrote two wonderful repairing reports for me, very good. No doubt, I will hire the honest and wonderful man again.

As a first time home owner, there was a lot at stake for a home inspection and I needed to know exactly what I was getting myself into when purchasing a condo built in the 70’s. So I went to my realtor and asked for a recommendation. She had recently used Eric Munhall, from Freeway Home Inspections on a different property and suggested I reach out for a quote.
I called Eric and he immediately gave me a great price and dates he was available. I was able to book a time with pretty short notice which was such a relief.
The day of the inspection, Eric was on time, if not a bit early. He was efficient and thorough. At the end of the inspection we had an opportunity to discuss all items of concern. The next day, he sent the full, typed report with quality photos detailing his findings.
I plan to purchase another home in the near future, so I’m glad to have found someone I can trust and work with again in the future.
