Be aware of Nathan and folks. These guys are not honest and not responsible. I had Nathan install ~200sqft tile in front of my front porch. He promised me that I’ll not have water puddle issue, as he will be careful making slope while he is doing tiling. I paid him another $ 200 just for that. Guess what happen. I have a big water puddle issue during rain and my crawl space below having water leak below. At some portion, I even have reverse slope, so water actually flow toward to my house! He doesn’t reply my text or my phone call. I’m very disappointed about Nathan, as he looks so genuine at the beginning. Also, don’t pay him cash. He will never write a receipt, and will not be honest in terms of how much he got paid.
