I purchased Windows and exterior paint coating from Approved Contractor, Inc. I am very pleased with the work done. The house looks better than it has in years.

From the first phone call to the last walk through, this company and its crew were just amazing. Justin provided clear, concise information regarding window and sliding door replacement. He explained differences with the types of windows you can purchase. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We believe we received a fair price.
Since we decided to have all of our windows and sliders replaced, we knew we were in good hands. From the initial estimate to the measurement to installation: everything was like a well oiled machine. The installation crew was very respectful and well-​mannered. From the first interview, I found these guys professional and knowledgeable. Jesus, the foreman went above and beyond to help me pick styles and colors, as well as return the palettes (as they did not fit in my car). The workmen were friendly, reliable, and efficient, and cleaned up at the end of each day.
Customer service was good. Justin, the owner was easily accessible via phone or e-​mail.
A beautiful job– I am so apply with the results of their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Replaced my sliders and painted my house. The contractors were all fantastic! Very happy with their work. The painting crew were very thorough. They even stucco’d a very large damaged retaining wall and repaired my gutter that had detached from the house. Justin gave us a killer deal! Thank you!

Highly recommend Approved Contractor. We have used them on a couple different occasions — once for replacing all the windows in our house and then for replacing old wood shingle siding with fiber cement siding. Both jobs were done professionally and at a very reasonable cost. Clean-​up was great each time. The sales process was low pressure and I truly felt like I was dealing with professionals (for example, Approved provided evidence of insurance and a lien release without being asked), which is not always the case with contractors.

Needed 4 new doors for our house and Justin was fair with the price, so I contracted them.
I will never regret my decision. Nothing but professionalism from the start. John came to take the measurements, and from then on we were given an incredible crew. MUST name them: Matt, Kyle, and their door guru Octavio were AMAZING. Can’t say enough about their work ethic and diligence. This job was a test run to see if I would hire them to do my windows and they passed with flying colors! They’ll be back soon… Kudos to a well organized company and even better workers!

After interviewing and getting quotes from three different contractors, I selected Approved Contractor. I am glad I did. I had all of the windows and slider door replaced on my condo. The price was competitive than the other comparable contractor and actually better when it came to window features. They followed up on my permit concerns (the next comparable contractor told me that was my problem to deal with), the installers showed up on time, were pleasant, hard working, cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.
Having modern windows make a real difference to my home. Not only are they attractive, but they block the heat of the sun and the winds and dust that I used to have coming through the old windows from the canyon.

I hired Approved Contractors for redoing the exterior of my home. I cant say enough good things about this company. They scheduled the work and called and told me when they would be there and how many days it would take. The prep work was the best I have ever seen, even replacing some wood on my eaves. The four workers on the job were very friendly and professional and Jesus keep me informed at every step of the process. Hands down the best construction company out there. Very professional and extremely clean in every detail. Justin was so easy to work with and absolutely no high pressure. My neighbors were so impressed with their prep work that they signed up to do their exterior on the last day of my job. If you need windows or the exterior of your home needs resurfacing I would highly recommend Approved Contractors.
