I hadnt been here in ages so I decided to pop in. Jenifer waited on me. She was nice and correctly filled my order. I ordered the mid size Beef and Cheddar meal.(see photos) It took a little while to fill the order but not excessively long. The dispenser was out of horsey sauce. But this turned out to be a good thing as she gave me more than enough so i took the extras with me. Speaking of extras, my sandwich was so big I couldn’t finish it. 40 years ago I could have ate 2 and still had room for desert. I do believe they should have named my sandwich Beef and a trace of Cheddar. Some tomato and lettuce would have been nice too. I cant fault them as this was an afterthought. The Soda dispenser had few sellections. Pepsi products. I had cherry Pepsi. If they had a value menu I didnt see it. As mentioned before the condiment dispenser was out of horsey sauce. Okay, I’m kinda annoyed. I haven’t been to Arby’s in about 7 or 8 years and a few nights ago I decided to stop by with my roommate to get a late-night snack. I saw that they sold King’s Hawaiian Fish Sandwiches and I drove right over to get just that… I come up to the counter and they told me that I could order the King’s Hawaiian Sandwich but they don’t have the bread so it would have to be on a sesame bun… uhhhh then doesn’t that defeat the purpose of it being a King’s Hawaiian Sandwich!!! I mean the lady who worked there was nice, but for a fast food with no customers around how do you run out of bread?

I’ve always thought Arbys beef and cheddar were decent. this time I ordered two and was constantly pulling the griesle from my mouth. disgusting chewing fat .I went inside and told them how disappointed I was to management. Bummer experience.

This is actually about their recent e-mail advertisement. I received an email from Arbys today and I feel that’s it’s insulting. It basically says«Get a free Pepsi instead of ordering a fake water» Essentially, Arbys is saying that you, the intended target of the add is/are a thief. I resent the implication. So Arbys you can stuff it!!!

Slow service, waste of time. Waited in the drive thru line with only one car in front of me for 5 mins before I just drove off. Sorry, ain’t got no time for that.

I’ve been to this Arby’s location quite a few times. I normally order the Beef N’ Cheddar sandwiches but I decided to order something new for a change. I ordered the Hawaiian Fish Sandwich since the picture on the drive-thru menu looked delicious. When I finally received my order, I was quite disappointed. It seemed as though my fish sandwich was quickly thrown together and the cheese in the sandwich was not melted at all. I do plan on visiting this location in the future, but next time I plan to order my usual Beef N Cheddar Sandwich with the Arby’s sauce. This restaurant location is really busy during lunch hours so be prepared to be stuck in traffic. They don’t really have a huge parking lot so expect to go through the drive-thru during lunch.

I love their roast beef sandwiches with the melted cheese and Arby’s sauce. Their curly fries are always crispy and perfectly seasoned. Quick service on the drive through, but the staff holds on to the Arby’s sause with a tight grip(not enough Arby’s sause packets in our bag).

Even though the Arby’s in my neighborhood of Mira Mesa closed a couple of years ago, I still get the chain’s email coupons from time to time. Recently, I got a coupon for their new Loaded Curly Fries with purchase of a premium sandwich, so that got my interest piqued. Off to go to the closest one near me, which is the Clairemont Mesa Blvd. location… Normally, when I go to an Arby’s, I tend to order the Beef and Cheddar — at least this location is still on point when making my favorite sandwich there. Arby’s «has the meats,» and there was plenty of it on my order. The cheese sauce wasn’t too messy, and a little bit of that Arby’s Sauce sure goes a long way in adding to the flavor. As for the Loaded Curly Fries — while the diced bacon, melted cheese, and ranch sauce toppings go well with the fries, it would’ve been much better if the fries were crispy. Small wonder that I stick to the potato cakes. This location’s parking lot is a bit on the cramped side, so watch out for that.

Just came here for lunch after a long day at the DMV. Esmeralda was taking our order at the cashier and she was so friendly! She welcomed us when we walked in the door with a big smile. She took our order and mine was a little complicated, but she handled it so well. She was so sweet and made us feel welcome. This Arby’s is also very clean and has the comfort feel! Esmeralda made our lunch amazing!!!

Arby’s stop messing up your orders and leaving our food stone cold. ThANKS. — Repeat customer, whose orders have been messed up four times overtime. P. S. Whoever in the kitchen is doing a lazy job at doing it right the first time *needs* to get yelled at or reprimanded: leaving one stomach hungry is just *unacceptable* and a big no-no for *any* foodservice, especially when under a fast food chain restaurant. One of the hugest letdowns ever seen, next to Jack-in-the-Box near Hazard Center and McDonald’s around Clairemont Mesa Blvd. P. S.S. Cold fries is just a one-way ticket to failure. Stop it, it’s not funny, nor is it cute the first time. P. S.S.S. Stop FUCKINGUPYOURNEWESTMENUITEMS. *THANKYOU*. /inb4 I have to edit this at some point. And the devil cometh, again! I am editing this post, but just for one thing: ARBY’S! WHEREAREYOUR **STANDARDS**??! HAVEYOUNOSHAME? WHYAREMYCURLYFRIESCOLD? WHYDOESITEVERYTIME I COMEHERE(ORSOMEONEELSE), SOMEONEMESSESUPMYORDER? We ordered roast beef classic sandwich meal comes with curly fries and drinks. The roast beef is cooked well but nothing special. The curly fries is crispy but a bit greasy. I would still prefer in n out for fast food.

Love Arbys when I get what I order. That did not happen this time at the drive-thru. With the entrance/exit setup, it was not practical to return. Not sure what happened but there was definitely a disconnect. Whoever got my medium roast beef, I trust they enjoyed it!

We ordered the 5 for $ 10.I believe Lulu was at the drive thru window… gave us a ton of Arby’s sauce. It’s one of those things… where it sucks if you don’t have enough sauce… ya know. So I was happy about that. It was A-OK not much you can do badly to a dry roast beef sandwich,.

So… I was reading my girl Kate’s review of Arbys and she mentioned the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich. I have seen the commercials too and it looked good. I decided to get one. First thing I noticed was that it was expensive($ 5.89 just for the sandwich). I got that and a 3 piece chicken strips. My total was just over $ 10.00. Here is how the food was… Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich– Wow! This thing was great. Small, but great. It has a nice bun, a decent amount of brisket(you could totally taste the smoke flavor… I was impressed), a slice of smoked gouda, onion straws and a tangy bbq sauce. It was kind of small though. I could have eaten 2 of these and had been satisfied, but my wallet would have been sad lol. It was one of the better fast food sandwiches I can remember eating though and I would get it again. It was tasty! Chicken Strips– They were good. Skimp for the price though($ 3.59). Totally impressed with the Smokehouse Sandwich though… may return just for that alone.

As a long time Arby’s fan the one problem you have is the variability between locations. This is by far one of the best Arby’s ever. The service is outstanding and fast. It is very clean and up to date. The people are friendly and everybody is working. I actually go out of my way to go to this Arby’s. Thanks for the good work. Not sure about the older reviews as I have really only eaten here over the last couple years, but have done MANY visits during this last couple years.

Super fast service. I went there today for the first time in many many years. What got me to go there was the commercial i saw for their new fish filet and they advertise it stating it’s so large. it was a large piece of fish, but didn’ thave a taste that i cared for. curly fries were good and hot, but not really what i went for. ok, so i’m a pig and i ordered a small roast beef sandwich too. Hadn’t had one in about 10 years and truly wish i hadn’t had one today either. Not sure how anyone eats that roast beef. it was like mush, no texture and literally felt like it mushed in my mouth. Fries, service was great… but it’s all about the main course.

I’m not sure what to make of the recent bad reviews but so far I haven’t had a bad experience or been charged for a water cup. I’ll write an update if that happens. Parking during the weekday lunch rush is a chore, but I am a big fan of Arby’s so I like to come here anyway. I usually meet my husband for his lunch break and we either use one of those«two can dine for $ 8.99» coupons or we just pick up some sandwiches. My husband really likes the King’s Hawaiian roast beef and the French Dip. I like their standard roast beast-in-a-bun. I’ve tried the Chicken Choice which isn’t bad but not the greatest chicken sando you’ll ever have. But that day I craved chicken and chicken was my choice. Moving on. I like how the interior design of fast food in general is veering toward a café feel. The dining area is about as pleasant as such a place can get, and the tables are usually as clean as you can expect during the weekday rush. Still a favorite weekday lunch spot.

King’s Hawaiian yummy, too bad they got my order wrong. I was so angry. Pickles and swiss cheese? My man told the lady twice just the regular roast beef. And they still got it wrong~ I prefer the Arby’s in Mission Gorge area!
