I’ve been a loyal customer to BCBG for over 13 years, especially at this store. Thank you Linda for your patience with me and to Madi (I’m sorry if I didn’t spell your name correctly). The staff is wonder and attentive. The store always has great deals and a wide selection of clothing for any occasion. Your all so good to me and I never have any complaints even if sometimes I go in there looking for something and can’t find it and you send me to your other BCBG store (BCBG Girls).

There were about five employees on the sales floor and I was one of three customers in the store. No greeting whatsoever, just snotty glances.
The merchandise is decent at okay prices, but not much better than a regular stores’ sale prices.

This store is one of my favorite BCBG stores to shop. They are so friendly and hospitable and I’m a sucker for great customer service. They log my sizes and even call me to inform about promotions going and to see if I’d like them to pull things for me to drop in and try on. Busy girl heaven! They’ll be my personal shoppers until I get the real deal.
Brand:
I’m 5’9 with long limbs and it has always been difficult to find long sleeve or pants to fit properly. BCBG has truly came through. I love that I can get a x-​small and it STILL fit my arm length. Heaven on earth! I’ll be in this store for life. Some things are overpriced, but most are worth the quality piece. I have BCBG items in my closet years old that you’ve never know.
Go here! Great quality at great prices! Seriously… i said heaven twice!

BEST staffed BCBG anywhere — especially Assistant Manager PRINCESS & Sales Associate Barbara! Princess was SO amazing to work with — she’s AWESOME! She cares about her customers and is very efficient, friendly & helpful.

No matter where you go, BCBG always guarantees that you have a good shopping experience. I love their customer focus. The staff always makes you feel welcome without harassing you while you shop. If you do shop at one of their outlet stores though, make sure you are 100% sure that you are satisfied with your purchase because they have a no return policy
