My original reiew: «Do not waste your time with these people. It took them 3 months to fix the fridge that they delivered. It had a leak from day 1 and the ice maker didn’t work. They sent out a different technician every time, never new what was fixed last time or what still needed to be looked at, were several hours late or no shows multiple times. Now my fridge finally works, but the floor is warped and has rust stains from all the leaking — and Leon refuses to fix the damages. You are better off using craigslist. This business is poorly operated. Milton sucked but he was not the main problem.» In response to the owners reply, I did not imagine the leak. The leak was why the ice maker did not work. The lack of communication within your business is why you fail to serve the customer. Want to know what the problem was? The whole time, a hose that was supposed to be plugged in to the ice maker was not attached. This had nothing to do with a fuse in the hose? What? The leaking hose poured water all over the floor instead of making ice. How it took so long for someone to notice this was the cause is ridiculous. The day the ice maker was fixed was the same day the leak was fixed: after over a dozen technician visits over the course of 3 months. Again, do not give these people your business — they do not know what they are doing which resulted in damage to my floor.
