Syed was simply great to us, cutting us a solid deal on a Kenmore machine. He might have been a little slow at the outset but he bent over backwards to get our stacked unit to us in time. I would do business with him again and am confident that he would honor his own warranty given the need.

Spring Valley, CA
I purchased a new Kenmore electric range from this company because it was a few bucks less than Sears. The range was not working properly when it arrived, and Sears will not repair it because ST Appliance is not an Authorized dealer. I have logged over 35 calls in the past 3 months trying to get ST Appliance to honor their own warranty. It looks like I may have to resort to buying that higher priced range at Sears to get a working unit!
