I don’t understand the logic advertising properties and running ads for rentals if you can’t respond to phone calls, messages or emails. I think it’s very unprofessional and I wouldn’t want to rely on a company like this to take me hard earned money. It’s seems strange to have to chase them down to look at a property. I guess customer service and make new clients isn’t import to this company.

Great service from Bell Properties! They have been my property manager for almost 5 years and I have never had a problem. Kathy and Brandy are always very understanding and available if I need anything. The ladies are very attentive and always available. It is also nice to have the option to drop off a check or pay your rent online. I have never had a bad dealing with them and I look forward to many more years as a tenant.

Bell Properties has been wonderful to us! My partner and I have been renting from them for over two years and are very pleased with their management. Kathy and Brandy have been very understanding and helpful during our stay here in the North Park neighborhood. We really were lucky to find a 2 bedroom condo with with hardwood floors which is great for our Abba (basset-​hound/​beagle mix). We look forward to many years as a tenant~

Kathy and her daughter Brandy have been managing my Ocean Beach 2 unit apartment building since 2004. I am always amazed at how efficiently she keeps it running. I’ve had other management companies try to skim money and let properties fall into disrepair. This has NEVER happened with Kathy. Shes extremely available and always has my best interests in mind. Kathy is also an experienced real estate broker and has a lot of practical know how and local market knowledge. If you have any questions about her or Bell Properties feel free to contact me.

I love Bell Properties! Kathy and Brandy are the best! I’ve rented two different amazing places from them– over five years in total. They are always very professional, quick to respond, and easy to deal with… I love them so much that they’re on my Christmas card list! And I’m not alone. Not very professional or courteous. My wife and I were looking at one of Kathy’s properties and were ready to rent. Our credit was very good, but because we had a short sale (with a buyer and ready to close) she would not even look at our application. She said no to us, and was very rude. In the end, we found a much better place to live in a nicer area… and we don’t have to deal with her.

I am extremely happy with the service I’ve gotten from Bell Properties. I am a single property owner and brand new to the rental game, but Kathy took the time to explain everything to me in detail and gave great suggestions based on her experience. And, they ended up finding a well qualified renter within just a few days. Which was really nice because I was getting tired of paying mortgage and rent (I just moved to OC). I can really tell that they care, and am looking forward to a long relationship with them while I rent my condo.
